Who were the finalist from season 1? I know the lady that was on bb won but idk anything else about that season

Cirie was from survivor not big brother.

OMG has anyone watched the Australian version? Mark is incredible at figuring out traitors my god. He's one of the few if not only people I've seen who can really separate out the noise and relationships and just read people.

My predcition for how the season is going to (more or less) play how, based on nothing but promos / trailer shots (which I know while mostly gives all away, cannot be trusted) and how the first few episodes have gone:

  • 22/21/20/19: Bananas/Peppermint/Marcus/Maks
  • 18-15:  Deante/Ekin-Su/Tamra/Kevin
  • 14-11: Dan/MJ/Sandra/Janelle (I think P&P may recruit Peter once Dan gets cut)
  • 10-7: John/Kate/Sheree/Peter
  • Top 6: Larsa/CT/Parvati/Trishelle/Bergie/Phaedra
  • Winner: Phaedra OR Trishelle/Bergie/CT
  • I've now watched season 1 of Traitors US, UK, and Australia and have some observations (so don't read if you haven't watched them all and plan to):

  • - the traitors certainly have a big advantage in not only knowing information, but because when they're banished they get replaced
  • - interestingly each season had a different type of winner - an original traitor, a group of faithfuls, and a recruited traitor
  • - each season had a traitor make it to the end who went for the money individually instead of sharing it with another traitor
  • - the real game so far has been about how the traitors at the end work together (or more so not)
  • - the traitors who did best all played an under-the-radar game where they befriended a lot of people and went with the majority but spoke up enough to avoid the "you never speak" criticism; Faithfuls need to stop looking at people who slip up or seem obvious and look at who isn't so obvious (Australia was the one season where some Faithfuls tuned into this strategy)
  • The game format is pretty heavily flawed honestly. There is no way to guess the traitors other than just vibes. and there's almost no point in trying too early anyway because traitors will just get replaced with new ones and anyone who is too good at the game will just get killed off. The faithful are basically fish in a barrel as the traitors play the real game around them. I'll probably only watch this show when the cast is good enough (which for this season, it is).

The game is definitely favored toward the traitors, but I also blame the faithfuls for being stupid. So many people say someone is "acting like a traitor" simply because of their natural personality. Someone being loud or aggressive or whatever is just who they are, and it doesn't make them a traitor since the players are told to be a traitor. Most of the traitors try to lie low, and additionally the traitors rarely hang out together so as not to seem as if they're working together. So, really, faithfuls should just look at who is fairly reserved and which people don't hang out (and of course who is last to come to breakfast as they're likely a faithful). That's what Mark on Traitors Australia did, and he was literally marking them one after another. It was wild.

  • Well this clearly turned out wrong in terms of where Larsa left. What made you think Larsa made it so far, and more so what does that change now in your predictions?

So Tamra gets murdered next I believe. If you look at the trailer you can clearly make out everyone still in after Episode 4 in the mission except for Tamra and Janelle. On a second look at the trailer in slowed speed I was able to capture the forehead of the mystery blonde. With that you could tell she was taller than Parvati. My friend did a little googling when he noticed that and pointed out Janelle is taller than Parvati and Tamra is not.

It really shouldn't be that hard to figure out who the traitors are

So it looks like there are couple of other challenges.

One with crossbow.  Looks like Peter and Sheree are in it.

Another with traps (cargo net).  CJ gets caught (maybe it was Peter).  Bergie I think is in a similar challenge, where he fell into a pond.  Sandra/Parvati/Sheree are crossing a creek and fall.

I'm placing this in spoillers in case it has meaning to the game and episodes we haven't seen, but in an interview with The Messenger Phaedra says:

However, according to Parks, the dynamics amongst the Traitors have shifted since filming wrapped. While chatting exclusively with The Messenger during her Cell Sound Treatment with Dr. Dan Holtz at the Beverly Hills Rejuvenation Center, Parks said she ended up "really enjoying" her time with Shallow.

"She was a real sweetheart. I mean, she's a lovely young lady," she said. "My takeaway from Dan was... not so admirable."

I've been trying to piece together what others have said and found. Seems like the faithfuls may have won. Not 100% sure.

I wish PR would help us out LOL

I wouldn't be surprised. As I've been saying, a great strategy is to identify the traitors but keep them around until the end so you can banish them and take the money. If you figure out a traitor and banish them, a new one will take their place and now you have a new person to figure out.

lol yes, very wrong with Larsa. I just recall from one of the trailers it shows Parvati and Trishelle outside at night at some type of ceremony  which hasn't happened yet. And in the frame is a woman with darker blonde hair. I figured it was too dark to be Janelle or Tamara and Larsa was my best guess + her edit seemed promising of having good intuition!

So, apart from that clip with Parv and Trishelle, what other clips were shown that we haven't seen and who was in them?

Lol they literally spoiled everyone still alive at the round table last week. So they tried to murder Bergie

I'm guessing that next week Dan is going to get banished?

Wasn't there a scene where you just see just Phaedra and Parvati in the traitors round table.

If Dan doesn't get banished next week, this really is the dumbest group of faithfuls from any season I've watched. Both Larsa and Janelle clocked him, yet were banished. Peter, Bergie, etc are still in there and have him clocked. Some of these folks need to buy a vowel from Vanna or something.

Yes. End of episode 3 season trailer. Also a seen of Burgie saying "I was supposed to be dead". .So obviously its in regards to the shield blocking the murder.

I know there is a picture of 12 ppl in this thread in which Dan is in...if that mission is next then he's toast. If not then maybe he throws someone under the bus , not sure if that mission happened yet.

People have assumed that picture is the final 12/13, but there could easily be people not pictured who are doing something. So, yeah, we will have to see if that challenge is in the next episode.

Math says its next. There are 13 ppl at the next round table.

12 when one is banished, 11 for the murder....  there are 12 pictured. So unless there is more of Dan its probably over for him.

Even if its obvious, they made Cody's boot obvious too and dragged it out into a cliff hanger. Wouldn't be shocked if they did the same with dan.

Good call. And yeah, the reality is casuals don't pay attention to this stuff so cliffhangers work on things we find obvious. Additionally hard core fans love digging into this spoilers stuff, so TPTB may intentionally be going for a balance of the two.

  • This is still on track for the most part, just with Janelle and Kevin switching spots (and of course Larsa being a total outlier).

I feel like Phaedra would recruit CT

I feel like Phaedra would recruit CT

i keep saying this, I think hes a late game traitor. Them showing the scene of him and trishelle and trishelle emphasizing how much she trusts him didnt make sense to that episode unless its hinting at a future storyline. Its possible its just they both go far together but they dont usually throw in scenes of people saying they trust each other that early in the season unless one of the peoples names comes up

isn't that the episode that half the house voted for CT?

Oh ***** not me being in the spoiler thread bye

I feel like Phaedra would recruit CT

Yeah she'd recruit him because she likes him, but it would also be smart for she and Parvati to recruit him because there has already been suspicion about him so they can throw him under the bus if need be.

I can see them recruiting someone dumb like mj or Kevin so it's unexpected
