I love Trishelle and she's been pretty spot on. She's been naming the traitors accurately, so of course she is paranoid and wants a shield. She knows she is likely dead if she doesn't get one lol.
Cause I did spoilers when I was younger and it wasn't exciting, then I stopped and the shows became so much more exciting. The anticipation of "will my favorites survive?" is so exciting. The Challenge is so terrible now that spoilers don't bother me. It's predictable, I have no true favorites, and the fun of the spoiler thread outweighs that exciting anticipation. I was unspoiled for AS1 and regret not remaining unspoiled for 2, 3, and 4.
PR gives a lot of tidbits from filming and provides the details on the good drama that gets cut. I wish those were added to the locked spoiler thread to read after the season.

this. I had to get one of my fans to give me the tea from All-Stars 4 without leaking the boot list even though it doesn't matter now since I know who won

the anxiety I felt when the edit started to lean towards Jonna potentially winning the final on allstars 1 omg. I was literally shaking in bed at 6 AM

Maybe if this vile botched ho ventured outside the white suburbs she grew up in she'd be used to people having names that aren't Jimmy or Billy... I'd rather have a beautiful Indian goddess name than... "Tamra"? It's not boring but it's not good or unique either??? It's just... insignificant, just like her time on the show
If Parvati was Indian then calling her Poverty would be offensive, right? It's kind of an attack on a cultually name. These Housewives take things too personal and then get so hateful. It's honestly weird.
From my experience travelling other countries like you to embrace their culture. When I was in Kenya staying with the Maasai Mara tribe, my host family wanted to sell me traditional tribal clothing (I forget the proper name). I bought it and the man asked if I would wear it at home. I explained to him how it would be seen as offensive and explained culture appropriation. He was very taken back and asked me to please wear it to share their culture Americans that they see it as an honor when people wear their clothing. I also had a very similar experience when staying with an Amazonian family in Peru. I think in America we just look for reasons to be offended.

why are hopping from home to home in third world countries using up their resources and having them take care of you?

I enjoy learning about and experiencing other cultures. Tourism is a huge part of how they survive. A friend I made from one of the tribes would message me frequently during covid lockdowns saying how the lack of tourism was devastating to them and many families were struggling to survive. So maybe educate yourself before you make ignorant statements?
I've been to over 30 countries. You were here when I was doxxed, you can verify it all on my Instagram.
@KVM usually I post the post when I solo travel. 18 hour long flights, long train rides, plenty of time to post when not enjoying other cultures and exploring beautiful lands.

I hate trishelle, she's so entitled and whiny anytime she doesn't get a shield

how would you know that?

Well now that I read this thread I don't feel like watching until next week since it's a cliffhanger, ****. Ugh.

Not the shaking in the bed at 6am...I-..
the fact that people can claim being spoiled doesn't effect the enjoyment of the show.......... i have to laugh
CT being so anti working with tratiors makes me think phaedra made the right choice not picking him, I don't see him reacting well to join me or die.
Spoilers for this or Survivor alter how I view it because it's a vote out not eliminations. Spoilers for The Challenge don't impact me.

Poverty's existence with her name alone is cultural appropriation. THAT is offensive
I disagree. It's a nod to a culture that her parents clearly had a lot of respect for.

You'd think with all that traveling they'd occasionally be away for more than an hour
