I watched the episode and all I can say is that that was some "reality" television the shit had me on the edge of my seat and I was on the verge of tears watching all those people fall out and I know the producers were scared shitless because that's some serious stuff.

No theme is known. But it is NOT Second Chance, All Winners, or Legends. Contestants who played from Heroes vs Villains to now are in talks, possibly old schoolers as well. Winners from that time frame, as well as players who have already played twice are in talks as well.
