I really don't understand why? Like they're easily the best cast since Vegas 2, but like most seasons, editing has been poor except for maybe one or two episodes. STT only had Marie/Toya, Portland got drug down by Marlon/Jess, SD2 had a few duds, and I couldn't even make it through a full Explosion episode. Skeltons has a cast full of hotheads with actual back stories: domestic abuse, severe drug addiction, anger issues, I mean even less interesting Tony/Nicole are bringing something to the table. I honestly feel like you just hate what the show has become and our taking it out on the wrong people.

That's 100% correct. I do hate what the show has become, but I don't like this cast either. I just can't connect with anyone. With Ex-Plosion, I fell in love with Jenny, Brian, and Hailey and this season (maybe the franchise as a whole, because I feel somewhat similar about Exes 2) just isn't doing it for me anymore.
I guess I need to move on and accept the fact that the days of New York - Brooklyn characters [and ratings] are long gone. And they're never coming back.

I like this cast without really... liking this cast if that makes sense? Like normally I have clear favorites but this time it's really week-to-weel. They all **** me off at times and then I really like them at others.
Like Sylvia for example, I've really liked her despite her angry, drunken tendencies. But that all changed this epsiode. I've done a complete 180 on her and I hope she can redeem herself in my eyes.

To me, Portland was dragged down by Marlon and Big Bird. I found jess obnoxious, but she was more tolerable to look at that the other girl. I'm talking shit about Skeletons simply because I haven't watched an episode except 1 with Tony and his girl problems ( I feel bad fo you son, I got 99 problems, but a ***** aint one). I'm just basing my judgemnt on that one episode. But overall, he could have been a hothead, he could have been someone very docile(not good for tv drama). But his story and perhaps his potential skeleton had they gone HIV+ story route, then could have been a great story.

I liked Ex-plosion and while Skeletons isn't as good as that season was so far it's far and away better than St Thomas and Portland. If any season needed twists it was those seasons.
I watched a small bit of St. Thomas the other night & the little I saw was exclusively LaToya/Marie with occasional appearances by Brandon & Swift.
Portland was good & imo is quite underrated. For now it's also the last "real" Real World season & it went out with a bang.
Ex-Plosion was alright. Nothing special but all of them except Ashley C./Lauren would be good for the Challenges.
After giving Skeletons a chance it's pretty decent. I think i'm starting to grow past both shows (RW/Challenge) though.
