Oh well I swear, I have the email telling me to RSVP to confirm that I'm attenting and to be placed on their guest list and that I can bring two guests. It was at Ripley Grier Studios. It shows the two casting directors that I would be meeting with and I actually went to the same High School as one of them.

You should have went!
I was debating it and everyone I'm friends with is mad at me for not going, especially since the casting director went to the same school as me. I love the challenge but I just can't see me doing the Real World. First, I'm not like trashy/crazy or enough of a trainwreck with a story to be on. Second, I don't want my life to be filmed for 3-4 months and have a bad rep after and a hard time finding a job. I feel like most people are models, bartenders, waiter, trainers after the show instead of having a professional career (obviously not everyone though but being affiliated with MTV isn't always that great). Plus, taking off a few months of school and falling behind the rest of my friends just to hangout and drink and be filmed for 3-4 months doesn't sound that appealing. Especially since I would be losing money on my tuition and rent. I'm not sure if you get a stipend for being on the show and if you do how much it is. I just feel like there is really no point to being on the Real World (besides being on the challenge). I'd much rather try for Big Brother or Survivor. Even if it were a Fresh Meat 3 type of audition I would be there in a heartbeat.
Aw but it's a such a rare oppurtunity, then again you have your mind made up.
I'm still iffy about it haha. I mean the interview is over but I still think it would be really cool to be on it and be on TV, and make friends or enemies with roomates, have some fans, go on the Challenge lol. But like I said, I doubt I would be picked anyone compared to the type of people they cast.
Umm was there today actually that's why I know lol
How was is it?
Interesting lol People were trying way to hard and half the guys there were flamboyantly gay and the other thought they were auditioning for Jersey Shore. Then there was me haha
Now whe you say flamboyantly gay like that jason kid from this years big brother?
I did the questionnaire from the 2 round email and they gave a time table of when I should hear back from them, I'm going to the open call if i don't hear anything back. Why? Cus I'm a Rebel with a cause. Feel me? *Pops collar and puts on shades*

Lmao. That's what everyone was telling me. They said I should have just gone for the experience and to say I did it and that if I got it I could have turned it down.
Lots of flamboyant and transgender people from my experience in auditions. The "level three" audition was just a little smaller casting call there was still over a hundred people there and was a bit of a wait. If you went to that and they held you back after they ask you back for the next day to do on camera. I was told it can range anywhere from 30 minutes to over an hour. I was just under an hour a friend of mine was thirty minutes and he got a nice to meet you thank you before he left. So I'm assuming he's cut.

Camera auditions were this Saturday in New York. If you stayed longer than a half hour 35 minutes likely get called to the next round.

I'm not 21. Therefore no Real World. Which honestly is fine. That show is dead. I rather be on something that airs on Bravo lol
*****!! Bravos been getting ratchet...
It has. But more people watch those shows than the ones on MTV. Hell I'll even do a show for VH1.
Lizzie you need to be cast
No just no , I like regular acting gay men one's who's whole life does not revolve around the gay community.

I was just wondering who all tried out for The Real World here?
twice on my end.
What's a "regular" acting gay man?
Um, yes. The new intro is garbage.
A butch lesbian.
We should take a poll cause I love it. The old one was used for TOO ******* long though, xD
