The editing for this with flashbacks is AMAZING. They should've aired this on CBS during prime time hours. There's nothing else going on anyways. This show deserves so much more attention but I think it's flopping hard. The comments on the Paramount + facebook page with a bunch of old yt hags complaining about how this show ruined MTV and they don't want to hear 40 year olds arguing about politics is mind blowing.
No idea, but I am not expecting this to do well since it's not an establish streaming service and unlike the challenge Real World doesn't have a cult type following. This rebrand was kind of lame and not that attractive for a great amount of people to sign up
The rebranding was trash and it's the exact same thing with a new name. It's embarrassing the cast is promoting it like they have new and good crap. I already canceled.

so agree on the first part, idk wtf they were thinking.
Just watched the first epiosde on Youtube - still need to buy a P+ account. This was excellent <3 The three ladies were always my favs, glad to see them back. Based on the preview it looks like Becky is the one to leave early and stinks Eric caught Covid. I'm still highly impressed that they got this to happen and the editing is so flawless. Can't wait for the rest of this season <3
I can see why Becky's getting annoyed at Kevin. Not knowing much about the original season, that old clip to me does feel like Kevin just called Becky a racist for no reason at all.
I went back and watched the trailer at the end of the first episode and honestly think Becky legitimately does leave at the end of the next episode as she's only seen in clips that we know happen in the next episode.

Well I think you should know a little more about the original season before taking sides on the subject.. And seeing as the other houseguests were getting on her in that preview, yea I'm not surprised she left. She got called out and didn't want to face it.

But what exactly was she getting called out for? Like I feel like I must be missing some major context to this cuz it sounds like Becky is offended at being called racist and stuff like that, but they didn't really show her doing/saying anything that crazy. I'd probably be defensive too if someone called me that.
We're literally watching them sit around and tell stories of where their lives went since filming.. and I love it.
Heather's story was also really well done. Didn't know she was still "working" while filming.
No they did contact other seasons but nothing is guarantee
i watched season 1 prior to the first ep of Homecoming and this is wild. it's surreal seeing these people 30 years later. i hope they do more seasons

Is there a way to check streaming numbers?
if shows do good enough on streaming platforms Nielsen themselves will let everybody know https://www.nielsen.com/us/en/top-ten/
The PARAMOUNT youtube channel with 254k subscribers uploaded the first episode the day it premiered and it has 54k views so far.
Im SHOOK at how long ago this was. It keeps hitting me maybe because this was before I was born. Tupac would've been alive to watch this show.
Just watched episode 1. My heart <3

The full episode for the E channel with Andy Cohen new show
FULL EPISODE: Andy Cohen Hosts "For Real: The Story of Reality TV" | E!
Me at that fake reunion
Eric is just....annoying
That's weird Becky, Kevin, and Andre weren't part of it...unless they declined for some reason lol
That was actually really good.. that Kid Nation shows sounds like a mess though lol
I loved Kid Nation, it's a shame they didn't get Taylor on there to be interviewed. She needs to be on BB or Survivor.
Wow they acknowledged the moment where producers interfered with the "reality" of it and promised to never do that again. That's cool.
Does anyone actually leave before filming?
Becky is Lowkey annoying she need it to shut up and just listen to Kevin's points. She is also cracked with the whole John Lennon ghost story.
Another fun episode I loved how they showed the trip to the color factory, the editing is really well done. Julie and Heather for president

LMAO at Julie cussing out the other Real World casts.
Has Becky done any promo for this? Lol.
Them not censoring is really making this funny, and did we really need to see Norman's butt lol

I'm dead at the Becky and John Lennon story.
