The season seems to be in recovery mode at this point, like Hurricane Julie has come and gone (or is on her way out) and we focused on some other stuff that wasn't just about her being dramatic. The tarot card stuff was fun,, and naturally Matt wasn't. I've been waiting for this moment to see when he has his whole "well, I think we're done here," moment and of course it's the ending teaser for this episode.
Was that Julie's husband with her in the preview? I'm wondering if she and Jamie don't make out in the hot tub and it's actually tricky editing - like if Julie's husband is coming to town it could just be them putting on a show for the cameras. Obviously I wouldn't be surprised if Julie went for Jamie, but I like him a lot and I don't want there to be issues for him and his family.
Wow we got a clip from the Extreme Challenge from the fetish fashion show episode that never aired after it's original air date! Honestly I loved the Extreme Challenge and Jamie and Julie kicked *** on it.
Melissa looks iconic with her short hair and looked exactly the same
Julie is habitually a mess
Jamie was adorably awkward about hearing how everyone lusted over him lol. Wonder if he could be sexually fluid in any way, he's clearly secure about his sexuality and I don't blame Danny for thinking he's hot. 2022 Jamie >>>>>>>>>>> 2000 Jamie imo tho
Matt reminds me why I stay tf away from most church folk
anyone seen David, Danny and Kelley ghost ***** this episode or do I need to bring out my ouija board?
I gotta say this episode has taken forfuçkińg ever for me to finish because I keep getting distracted and looking at my phone. For the most part it's been boring af
So this episode was kind of a snooze, it was interesting to learn about julie and Jamie but it was dragged on for to long. Matt is crazy and seems like he's in a cult. He tarot cards were only interesting cause of Matt's reaction to them. He best part of the Ep was definitely The Who said it game at the end.
This cast is gonna do what they gonna do and bore us. But really, I like these Homecoming shows. They've managed to make lemonade from lemons with New Orleans. Is this season as good as LA? No but it's still interesting. First Jamie and Julie? Ugh that's a gruesome twosome. Jamie is a cool guy who I grew to like on The challenge but didn't like on TRW. I don't find him attractive and then Julie is well Julie. The thought of them two is just gross to me. Matt was always just there to me. I never rewatched NO when it aired like I did with past seasons, usually did first run episodes only. So I felt like I really didn't know the guy. Then to see he was so hated when he did The Gauntlet, well now I see why. Thank the lord for Melissa giving her roses and deservedly so to Juvenile's "Back that A Up". That seriously was an anthem in the south. Growing up at that time that song was all over the clubs back in the day. It's the little things like that that are making me enjoy this Homecoming.

actually binged all the episodes yesterday and it's not bad when you watch it in a binge and actually have some interesting moments however they're boring ones as well so you take the good with the bad but I agree with your opinion on it
Can def tell they are stretching footage out hard for this! Without Julie there would be no show, other than her only really entertained by Melissa and to an extent Jamie (i find him hot lol)
Danny is soo blah, and Kelley has the personality of a rock
i was liking Tokyo but all these clips of his cooking show are just weird
As someone who grew up Catholic, Matt reminds me of everything that is wrong with the catholic church
Every season so far has truly been centered around 1 person....Julie then Tami then Julie...just depends what supporting cast you like the best
^LA was centered around Tami, David and to an extent even Beth.
LA was centered around the cast trying to generate enough drama to get 10 episodes of pay rather than 8.
Nola is centered around Julie being an icon and the others hating on it.
So did Julie lose her virginity to Jamie or he just went down on her?
In my head I was thinking it was oral or manual stimulation, but not full on sex... but who knows?

The Jamie-Julie conversation was...just weird. Jamie seemed very uncomfortable.
Jamie definitely got around back in the day lol
lol--they're trying so hard and forcing them to do activities.
I'm rewatching and I love how uncomfortable Jamie is when Julie's talking to him about ************.
"YEAH!!"
"NO!!"
so high pitched hahahaha
I lost interest but I did love the OG season.
Jamie was so uncomfortable and Julie gave zero f's lol. I know his wife is pissed!

I love Melissa. Dassit.
Jamie is sooooo hot now
I'm not religious but he takes it to an entirely different level than most "church folks"
David changed his last name too? Mike has him as Tokyo Parker, I thought it was Broom?
I believe he goes by Tokyo Parker, but I've also seen another last name for him that isn't Broom. Pretty sure his preferred name is Tokyo Parker.
and I agree with KVM, I think Matt takes the whole "church folk" mentality to an entirely different level.
Jamie needs to take his wireless Bluetooth things off.

I wish they would discuss how Julie was supposed to be on the plane that crashed into the Twins Towers on 9/11.
is this real?
Yeah, she got to the airport late--was in an argument with someone (boyfriend?) iirc
