I dont see queen Nia returning, I feel like production is way stricter after the incident with tonya. Production probablity considers nia to be a liability, and they dont take lightly to any kind of sexual assault. She shoulda just punched jordan instead as they seem to be more leniant to fighting.. I mean they gave tony and shane a warning after they fought and let amanda back on the challenge when shes punked camila 3 times now.

For me this is exactly why she should have never been allowed on the show. Yes, CT has lost his temper and gotten way too violent. I could buy into him not being allowed back either. Regardless, Nia's actions on Portland were premeditated and intended to cause physical harm against her housemates. To my knowledge, she never really showed any remorse for that and felt justified (though I know her an Averey supposedly made up off camera). And regarding her actions with Jordan on Exes 2, its worth repeating that if the situation was reversed and Jordan touched some part of Nia he would have been out immediately. They were absolutely in the right to kick her off, and should have done it immediately instead of waiting hours like they did. If Nia has grown since those incidents then awesome and I'm happy for her and her fans, but if you think she should be allowed back, I hope you think Vinny or another guy in a similar situation should be allowed back too.
