the last sentence is true, but in most cases where it's male vs female domestic violence we don't need proof we just need word of mouth and the pitchforks are out. If his statement was false Kayleigh would have immediately corrected it. Clearly she doesn't care that she struck him and made him bleed because to her it is justified. 

Its a wrong action and based solely on gender roles it's okay for her to do it. It's wrong

Kayleigh is a bit crazy too so if she did I wouldn't be surprised. She also knew what she was getting herself into getting back with Nelson so I don't really bad for her. This is just a lot of he said, she said, but I do respect Nelson a lot for walking out of it and handling it like he did. He's still a cheating piece of shit though.
