She literally explained it for you but let me break it down: There's an alliance between Hunter/JP/Turbo/Wes and her alliance with Jenna/Zach/Cara. On the flip side you have the UK that she's trying to not be the first to strike against. CT is just a floater team in the middle. It's the same reason Aneesa is always targeted: floating. It makes sense.

The only reason turbo didn’t vote with her was to avoid a tie and whatever repercussions went along with it. CT wasn’t really aligned with anyone and Julia was at the bottom of the bb group. It was a smart pick(whether you like her or not) given the current circumstances.
One thing I can say is how I'm glad she see what we saw of how CT was gonna skate the season to the final without seeing an elimation and didn't want that to happen. Despite ofc she was the same way on Free Agents

Although I agree about her sentiment, now that I think about it tho he really hasn’t done that in years. FR, him and V left super early. Dirty 30 he actually deserved the final and wasn’t even allowed to be voted into elimination most of the time cause he won a lot of the dailies. Invasion he won an elim against Darrell in a really smart move. Exes 2, he DQed. FA he lost at the end. Rivals 2 was the last time no one wanted to vote for him...which was 5 years ago.
