A source told OK! online: “Theo was on holiday in Ibiza enjoying himself when someone popped a bottle of Champagne and the cork flew into his eye.
“People were screaming when they realised what happened and saw the state of his eye. One of the guys said it looked like his eye had exploded.
“Theo was taken to hospital and we haven’t heard from him since. Kaz flew out to see him and will be staying with him until he’s able to leave and go back to England.”

Y’all don’t judge me when you see me wearing protective googles for the rest of my life. This scarred me.
I didn't think it was wise for Diem to return right after Chemo considering the physical ware on her body, in a vulnerable state, but I also understand her competitive drive and desire to not be limited by her cancer.I see Theo doing the same thing....maybe not next season (which I personally hope is the last) but in the future, as said, he has a great narrative and already established himself as a competitor. Wouldn't be surprised if he tries to shoot for Olympics either...regardless, I wish him well.

I'd like to learn about his atheist beliefs...I think it would be interesting to showcase, but I don't think (or have faith) that MTV will show that.
Im a U.K. reality show junkie. I feel like believing in god is what’s not normal with them. I was watching Geordie shore and this girl was scared of telling her “big” secret. When she spilled that she was religious, everyone was baffled like it was some big deal or unheard of lmao.

lol...Im not surprised cause they are super liberal but it is an interesting contrast.

Brit here, I can vouch for this. We're not a very religious country at all in my experience. I remember one time back in school, a teacher asked our class of like 30 kids who believes in God, and I think 3 raised their hand.

In Northern Europe, plus France, the GSA region and Benelux we aren’t religious either. It’s seen as an oddity.
In France, like in Sweden, it’s more the minorities (more particularly from Africa and the Middle East) who are quite religious. It’s no surprise for Theo to be an atheist since it’s basically the same thing on the U.K.
My heart breaks for him how devastating
Poor Theo.
wooow, Theo man stay strong!
Poor guy! His life has completely changed after a damn champagne cork. Glad he’s taking it like a champ, wishing him the best
right. I feel so bad for him
Did he lose the eye or just blind?
can only imagine how brutal the adjustment period to only having one eye is

Guess he’s done with the Challenge now. How awful.
I don't know why an eye injury would mean he's done. Unless he said it somewhere.

Cancer and loss of vision in one eye are two totally different things. Y’all over here acting like he is a paralyzed quadriplegic.
It wouldnt be the last.

I’m really happy for him and I admire his optimism because I would be crushed to death if I was in his shoes.
