I think his online persona of threatening to kill other castmembers etc turned off production. That and he was pretty universally hated by most.
I saw somewhere that he posted these videos around WOTW 2 reunion with loud rock music in the background doing hand gestures like shooting or the throat slash and saying he's coming for them. Is that what you mean? Personally, I think that could have just been him hyping himself up because the reunion was coming up. But it was still a stupid move and if it got his stupid self banned for good, I'm surprised he hasn't dropped Cara yet since I agree with Bananas. I always thought he was just using her and wouldn't be with her if it weren't for her status on the show.
Paulie was super expendable for production not a fan favorite so he fumbled his own bag doing too much. Wouldn't be surprised if Cara doesn't want to come back without him.

yeah im pretty sure that was what turned producers off for casting him on TM and what got him cut, probably combined with the fact that he was coked tf out on that reunion. then that combined with the fact that cara and paulie then started bad mouthing production after getting cut from TM. it was just a snowball effect of them shooting themselves in their feet.

Some of the people who do too many of these shows tend to lose touch with reality. And Cara is a prime example. We saw Camila's downward spiral. Aneesa even seems delusional to me. I think Laurel is good at spacing out how often she does Challenges.
