The rookie purge was to earn a place at the house since before that the rookies were camping at the desert. I was never told it determined the order of picking. So stop saying I confirmed anything because that's not true.
I hope they show a decent amount of them arriving and being in the desert camping footage (coming from someone who wanted more episodes at the shelter on invasion) though i'm sure they wont want to open up the show with a 5 minut sequence of rookies with no vets. Now that I think of it theyll probably intersplice it with the vets arriving at the house wondering who else will be joining them.
