that's what I initially thought but it just makes no sense to not have her on this if she's such a big part of the clips they're showing

i wonder if there was more that happened behind the scenes. Like she said something to a producer on the phone or something. Similar to Dustin or Shane

I bet they wanted Darrell to be the twist so had a lot of partner picks like Cara and others. He's a fan favorite! 

Just watched the first two episodes.  I'm liking it - wish they spent a little more time on each season, I find the background info intersting.  Also if they can show us unseen footage of battle of the seasons I feel like they can just put all of the old seasons out on P+. 

Also did anyone else notice how they didn't call Kenny by his name - just "Wes's Partner". 

I hope we get some more random cast members from the early years for interviews.  I don't get why Paulie was interviewed.  My hatred for him aside, he was on three seasons and didn't make much of an impact.  I don't get why he was called for this when he's not called for the show anymore (Hoping it stays that way).  

I'm excited to see what the next epispdes bring.  I like that we got a good shot of Sarah from the Gauntlet in the preview <3 

Also seeing Emily B back on my screen, even for a second in archival footage, made me so freaking happy

Yeah, I commented on that as well.  The fact they have to edit them out completely is...even more problematic.   

To be fair, Diem was obviously a person they were going to showcase on this special BUT that intro shows they're still using her story and never truly cared about her IMO.  Diem went along with it and played it so she must have been fine with it but...
