i think this is my favorite episode out of the three so far. mostly because it was the ashley mitchell show. that elimination was fun to watch too. jay kind of reminds me of a male version of melissa when it comes to flirting with other people which leads to drama along with getting sent into eliminations early on their rookie seasons
The challenges so far this season have been lack-luster to me. Anyone else feeling this? Like the cool special effects at the end are cool, but maybe cause so many people are there right now, they just focus on a few and/or just let a couple do cool things at the end of each challenge while everyone else is sitting or trying to finish the first boring part lol
I think Panda was talking about the invasion final. I hope that wasn't a spoiler for this season...last season I got spoiled in the fantasy cast thread and was not thrilled

Jay winning a elimination, CT flopping yet again, Bayleigh winning a challenge, Ashley dragging Bananas to **** and back, Jay verbally destroying Rogan, and Messy Kailah made a return.
CT isnt a layup in finals **** to whoever said it above. Hes won the last two finals he did. Which were both within the last 10 seasons
This season is individual, he is absolutely a layup in an individual final, last time he ran one was XXX where he flopped and he's older and in worse shape than he was then
Yet the season before that he ran an individual final and won... he was facing two of the best to ever do it in XXX too. He isn't a layup, he's more of a wildcard, although obviously his lack of proper conditioning isn't going to help him in anything endurance based.
He showed up big time in the last final too destroying the other team's gurney. The hour wait ended up being well worth it.
I think production believes they may have found a newer version of Camila with Dee.
Cries at the drop of a hat, hooks up, flies off the handle easily, loses temper, jealous outbursts, foreign flavor and foreign accent, & good competitor.
I hate how they keep calling Jay a lay up. These stupid gym rats act like it's a weight lifting competition when in reality I'm confident Jay would smoke EVERY male in that house in a final. Of course he'd struggle due to his size when it comes to heavy lifting but unless it's like last seasons final it's only a tiny portion. He would dominate swimming , puzzles, endurance like he did on Survivor. Muscles are so overrated on this show.

Invasion CT isn't comparable to any season after that, before Invasion he had maybe stopped working out much, Dirty 30 he looked was training for a big easy cosplay
Not a Jay fan yet, but I did notice that in both elimations, he stated very specifically to the camera what his strategy was, and in both cases, his strategy worked.

Seriously, such an old boys club type mentality. Its especially annoying coming from someone like Bear who's one achievement in three seasons competitively was beating a completely unprepared Wes in a manner which he should have gotten disqualified for. Those shots he was giving Wes were ******* ridiculous.
Im 100% down for elimations to get brutal like that, but theyve never been allowed to do what he did and guy didnt get so much as a warning
Dude lost a round of pole wrestle to the Floribama shore guy
Well you can't have a season full of Josses obviously nobody would watch it'd be boring as ****. I think he does a fine job playing his role of athletic attractive guy who doesn't get into much drama and isn't on every season

Right lol
My thoughts after this episode:
- I still miss an openin theme with the cast all in it. Randomly I thought about the when the main title screen popped up lol
- I died! Omg Nelson being blindsided was the best and I would have loved to see him go in and go home. So annoying.
- also having a Rogan go in, and go home would have made me so freaking happy too, especially to Jay.
- Aneesa still killing it with the non verbals
- Still very much over Dee vs Rogan - flirt to make each other mad then talk about for ten min bit- let's move on please
- I love Ashley, but I also love that she was called out for flip flopping alliances lol
- All three cast members I really don't like were in the tribunal, really any three could have went in and home today and I would have been thrilled
- finger crossed Bear opening up a fire extinguisher on the girls room gets him thrown off <3
- Jay def grew on me this episode.
- I don't like the over acting of it, but I'm glad Johnny and Wes are finally working together.
- Jenny wins Miss Congeniality and I love her spirit and vibe
- Nelson saying he is 'know for eliminations' made me laugh
- l loved Aneesa's final confessional, truer words were never spoken <3 - this would have been a cool concept for ONE season back in the day. FIN

Loved the elimination it was like knot so fast but more strategy involved.
agreed! It was a great one! Good TV too cause I didn't expect Jay to pull it off.
Yes, hope this or other knot so fast variations are used more often. Requires strategy, endurance, plus a bit of strength and determination, love it

Maybe don't put spoilers in the episode thread

Yeah you're good
I’m just so confused why Dee is now the main cast member. All the episodes have been around her..
I would have rather seen the girls and Nelson drama thAn dumb Dee and Rogan

This elimination gave the pleasure Jonna beating Sarah/Katelynn gave me years back.
Really starting to like Jay.. he is the new Cohutta.. except i would still prefer the original.
agreed.
lol I felt the same way about him after this episode and also agree I prefer the original. But he gave big Cohutta vibes for sure

I'd personally take a Challenge season full of competitors like Jay then one full of Joss's
small and weak over big and strong? lol ok sounds pretty boring when the physical elims roll around
