Well if you need it spelled out for you I'll oblige. This thread has touched on the quantity and quality of the black folks that have been on the show. There's no need to rehash the quantity as that horse has been beaten to death on here. You either understand the population/demographics argument or you don't. It would seem we agree on the quality being subpar albeit for different reasons. If I had my druthers, I would cast all athletic people. Michaela from Survivor seems to be an enticing pick. Casting around who is willing to have sex on the show is silly. If you can't be athletic at least be funny. Back in the day they had folks that were funny, (Theo Von, Timmy, & Ace) They seem to have swapped out funny for ******. Is it too much to ask for the ****** to at least be funny? Which brings me back to Candace Owens. Combine her personality with the athletic prowess of Michaela and you have my ideal casting. Political correctness and social media certainly haven't helped the show. Folks are either reluctant to be who they are or over-the-top fake.
