She "won" due to production rigging because she is a production puppet & to promote their boot camp program. In reality, she finished third and lost to Michele, who spends only three hours a week at the gym, while she works out every day.
working out every day is different from swimming. A lot of gym folk can be super strong in most areas but if they don't practice swimming it's whole new set of muscles. Michelle was a beast at swimming / Jenny was the most well rounded, and Rachel & Tori need to practice swimming more. Heck Kyland looked super weak during that final but was crushing the dailies.
Without the twist she would have been third - but at least the twist was a thing from the start stated in the first episode so it didn't feel like a rig to me. Jenny def was the elite out of the four.
