The format's killing that season, they have to fit a challenge, vote and elimination in 45ish minutes and are failing badly. Idk of they thought they were getting longer episodes or what but it very obviously needs to be last place goes in to save time
The editors are completely unable to tell a whole story in a 45 minute runtime. People complain about the 62 minute episodes but I'd rather an episode be 5-7 minutes too long than be 10-12 minutes too short.
an hour and a half episode is great if you have shit to fill it up with, war of the worlds 2 for example. just switch it to one hour when it gets to the 3rd quarter of the season

i always said if the show has enough content an hour and 30 is fine and you definitely can change it whenever you want it's not like they have any shows playing after tc
i also hate how they choose to edit out fights or entertaining clips if it isn't a part of a greater storyline. if a funny fight happens and it doesn't necessarily lead to anything gamewise, who cares, KEEP IT IN. this isn't a soap opera, collect all of the mess and turn it into a big collage

They used to do it in 30 min and it was great. The dailies and eliminations are too long. They are so boring to watch and could be finished way quicker with more time given to politics and drama. The 90 minute episodes show we aren't getting the good stuff. Just stupid segments and longer dailies/eliminations. No thanks.
