Size/weight aren't everything but it makes a big difference on a push/pull competition -- it's why Derrick lost to Timmy in reverse tug-o-war and Tyler in Pole Me.
Wrestling where someone smaller could get leverage can negate size sometimes -- Name that Coconut (Adam, Brad), Beach Brawl (Ace, Syrus), Brandon (Handicuffs) -- but not always -- Pole Wrestle (Wes), Light My Fire (Nehemiah). Idk if Brad or Ace, or Brandon are that much bigger than Derrick, though.
Tyri very likely wins the backpack competition too if only because he was far to heavy for Bananas to pull.
Love Derrick to death, but another thing that Pole wrestle style (and Name That Coconut) eliminations have that go in his favor are the small ring/constant resets. We saw him in only one Pole Wrestle where there was no ring/resets and it wasn't pretty. If Joss was able to drag him across the entire arena he likely would have won their elimination very quickly.
CT has about three wins less because of production bending the rules so that he/his team didnt win (Duel 1, Inferno 3 and Rivals 1). And if rumors are true (or how molds13 was pretty much alluding to) even the final of Exes 1. Production changed the route for the final and expanded the race after that last puzzle to create a more suspenseful final. But CT, Bananas and Jordan all have wins because of production heavely favorite them.
Hate to be too much of a Nitpicking Nehemiah here, but that bit about CT and the Duel isn't quite right. If you wanted to make the argument that production bent the rules so that Beth would lose, you could. But after that round that rule was set. They probably hated the fact that they had to send CT home over that. At least they got a good moment out of it.
