I missed a lot of initial discussions cause I'm trying to avoid spoilers for all stars 4. But was a Veronica a possibility? Also why no Susie and Sarah? With Susie being more than interested it seems dumb not to have her on for season 40, whether you love her or don't care for her (I love her) you have to admit she is one of the smartest strategic players in the games history.
