Cory beat bananas & Fessy last final. And Kam dragged him down.
This stuff doesn't matter if the final is like last season he has no chance. In goofy finals that have a random chance thing he can do well but not straight forward finals. Bananas and Fessy did better than Cory in every portion that involved skill. The random axe not sticking put them behind him. He needs to get rid of Kyland and Jordan and hope for some random goofy element of the final.

Bananas has def staled, but the issue with Cory is what if there is a puzzle or math? If I was a woman who was hit or miss at puzzles, which is basically everyone except Aviv, I'd be a little worried about possibly being paired with him in a final for that reason.
His finals: USA2 only had one puzzle in the prelim, DA Kam did the puzzles, TM the math basically knocked him to third, Invasion he was laughable at any puzzle, Bloodlines Mitch did the puzzles

Cory would be the best winner of this bunch but USA2 final was the first in a while that didn't have a puzzle during the running portion -- he lost the prelim puzzle but it was just a one minute delay when in real time it could have been so much longer.
Plus Kam is the only reason their team finished any of the puzzles on DA. Cory the first to admit that lbr.

I'm assuming they get paid more the longer they remain in? So, yeah, it might be a hedonistic calculus of "I'd rather make the extra money making the final and losing than risking going into elimination against Jordan or Bananas and losing."
She is messing around with kyland but the amount of times she is brought up on here is annoying. She is not on the challenge so I don't understand the point of them bringing her up and talking shit about her stans when that has nothing to do with this show.

I'm sorry USA 2 was a weak final. The fact that determining the weight of something correctly determined your whole fate proved that final was a total crap shoot if it was an actual final bananas or chris took that
