Colleen has been carrying this season on her back. In fact she's the only reason the show isn't cancelled yet. So she is for sure needed in 40 thank you very much..
I love Colleen and would be happy to see her on 40 from a personal level, but if it's a celebratory season she hasn't done what is needed so far to earn that call.

Botched is just being petty and just easier than calling her "A naturally very beautiful girl, who got unnecessary plastic surgery that now just makes her look fake and unnatural". She's still pretty but the plastic swollen look isn't for me. I'm sure the short bald look isn't for her either so it works out lol.

Her new nose does look off and the nostrils are uneven now but she's still pretty. I think everyone appreciates nice thick lips, that's the reason these girls do it but it just doesn't look natural when injected. It looks like an allergic reaction. Her lips were fine and now they are just too much.
