I've never once criticized her for not agreeing to do the show.  Her inability (probably not unwillingness) to respond shows the real problem with her.  She'd get lost on the way to the airport or once in the airport even if she did agree.   Understandably given her typical state.  And let's stop pretending she's "well" let alone cares about her own "well being"

I'd love to see Betty, Summer, Moose, Hermon, Kyle, Rohan, Spicy V, Jed, Ty, Beth, Dem, Ika, Neda, Cassandra, Gary, and Sindy from BBCAN
