Production seems way too hard to deal with. Between calling hundreds of people and probably ghosting most of them, cutting people right before departure, making people alternates last minute, telling them they aren't casting from their country(Joss & Rogan) and then doing so anyways, etc.. They really need to be a lot better at managing relationships with cast members and potential future cast members. They can't expect everyone to be desperate enough to cancel their life plans for 2 months twice a year and then **** them over all the time. This is why there's only like 15 decent vets who they can get on and they have to cast these random rookies who are all going to be gone in a year or two

this tea right here!!!! a LOT of past contestants and from other mtv shows have complained about how mtv's relationship managing is terrible and they treat people like garbage. i get it's a production company and tv can change on an instant, but still be respectful/honest to your alumni. they probably only keep in good with a select few and then filter them out once they no longer want them (ex: cara) and replace them with fresher faces
