This is random but I have no idea who Josh is as a character.. he's been on several shows now and has had no personal growth moments or is shown having real conversations. He isn't relatable at all, I can't even tell what his personality is. He just goes around yelling and crying for every little thing.. if they were going to make him a regular, you'd think they'd flush out his character by now.
