When it comes to Blackface though....Emily Schroom had like one more season and Camilla x-times many more...
Camila didn't actually do it though, right? She just didn't know it was wrong. Or am I misremembering?
Emily didn't know it was wrong but was questioning it cause it seemed wrong to her. Camila was the one pushing her to do it and saying it was ok.
Emily has a bit of an excuse growing up sheltered in a cult. Camila.. well, we saw how racist she really was so no doubt even if she did know the history of blackface, she obviously did not care
Fair--with hindsight it's safe to assume Camila may have known and just didn't care but none of us really knew that then. I thought it could be cultural with her.
And, yes, I do think Emily's upbringing sheltered her and she asked the wrong person for guidance. Emily wouldn't have done it if she knew and I do believe she learned from it which is the key takeaway.
just know vevmo is 100% responsible for getting natalie anderson off the show by exposing those tweets
and now will probably never be back. great job everyone!
oh well. she's ******* 34 it's not like she had longevity in this show anyway. and if she did tweet shit like that, then no loss
i love natalie anderson, this is a huge loss for the show. great athlete and would have been great drama.
BUT at least MTV aren't being hypocrites with their defense of racism as far as I know.
so you come after KA after her situation was clearly miscontrued and even Aneesa said wasn't racist, yet you have definitive evidence of racism from Natalie and want her around. keep your energy the same or keep your mouth shut

Isn't Camila not even from Brazil? I thought she was born in Minnesota or some shit. She doesn't really have a valid excuse like Emily did
it's always interesting to see what kinds of things people forgive and what kinds of things people won't, considering 80% of this site would be okay with a woman who touched someone's ***** without consent and called him a ****** returning lol
Exactly, and they can't fathom how she wasn't casted again after that

i said it's a huge loss for the show as a competitor, I'd be calling MTV hypocrites if she was on the show still.
you're the one defending blackface from emily. not me.
All we have to do is look at his microaggressions towards Idris in WOTW. He's not afraid to beat someone down but he sure as **** is afraid of Idris looking at him "weird"
Now when I pull up those recent photos of Little T with Miss BlackFace I want the girls to chew that down and come up with a excuse for that.
lol everyone on mtv has a problematic friend. ashley and marie were just with frank two months ago, and half this site licks frank's balls. so let's keep that energy
frank sweeney? what did he do other than be crazy? ive never seen anything problematic about him
bringing up a heroin addict family member is low but it's not "cancellable"
lol look them up, there's a whole list of things he did somewhere on the internet lol.
such as?
i mean?
he physically attacked sam, fatshamed and belittled her. attempted to attack her in other moments, told people to go to the ghetto, picked at nany's sister's heroin addict..
lol like why do people act dumb when it comes to frank being problematic? like come on y'all **** well, y'all been watching the challenge long enough to know by now..
When it comes to Blackface though....Emily Schroom had like one more season and Camilla x-times many more...

you really are getting exposed for defending racists constantly.
defends kellyanne's racism vs. aneesa
defends emily's blackface
this is the least shocking thing imaginable
I don't need to defend KA, it is well known what happened and Aneesa herself confirmed she never said anything racist.
I also don't need to defend Emily (nor would I as I don't give a shit about her). It's just also well known that she was raised in an environment that sheltered her to the point where she was unknowingly ignorant.
But yet here you are actively defending someone who has a racist past. Move along, you look like a clown per usual.
I did rewatch Seasons a few months ago and Frank was extremely inappropriate toward Sam. Like there's no defending him. I was completely on board with him returning until I rewatched it.
I don't like Nany or Dustin but his comments toward both were inappropriate. John made a comment about a mission where they said "you'll get blown away" on the text that "Dustin would win if he was still here" and the outrage was huge. Frank said far worse and with Frank it wasn't a poor attempt at humor. He was attacking.
No one "needs" defended but we should look at things holistically. There's reasons to understand what Emily did and her actions after indicate true regret--even after the season.
Camila didn't care at all about the things she said to Leroy.
lol like why do people act dumb when it comes to frank being problematic? like come on y'all **** well, y'all been watching the challenge long enough to know by now..
All that being said I really had no problem with Frank as a cast member, he was good tv and a great competitors. I'd also say the same for Dee, Georgia, Rogan, Jordan, etc.
Now when I pull up those recent photos of Little T with Miss BlackFace I want the girls to chew that down and come up with a excuse for that.

"Physically attacked" you mean pushed her up a hill? Lol again let's not make it something it's not. He didn't punch her lights out like everyone's fave CT or something.
Again, fat shaming is mean, making fun of someone's heroin sister or whatever is mean. Frank was a ****, we all know this, but exactly do we want from villain reality stars? I say anything is not off limits as long as you don't actually physically attack someone or come after them for things that would be considered bigotry (race, sexual orientation, etc)
what next? are we cancelling Amanda for making fun of Camila's speech impediment? Like sit down. This show is going to be boring af if everything is considered "problematic"
What is your guys opinion on forgiving ignorant tweets from 10 plus years ago if their current actions haven't displayed any type of bigotry?
its a grey area IMO, i personally think with say a younger cast member (21-23 or so) saying something when they were in their early teens is WAY different than someone in their late 20s or early 30s saying something ignorant or racist when they would have been in their late teens/early 20s
"Physically attacked" you mean pushed her up a hill? Lol again let's not make it something it's not. He didn't punch her lights out like everyone's fave CT or something.
I don't really support anyone other than Bear being cancelled until their actions are repeated so many times we know they can't change but Frank wasn't just trying to "push her up a hill". He was angry/frustrated and went too far. Sam, who annoyed me, was correct about one thing though--had he done that to Ashley the reaction would have been much worse.

ok pls stop replying to me, you're very ignorant and it's to the point where you're giving KVM a run for their money.
Lets be honest CT could have past racist tweets and people would still love him. He literally almost killed someone on TV and the masses loved him for it
Dont let this distract you from the guy who thought Canadian was a language
I was born/grew up in Vancouver and when I moved to NW US people used to ask me all the time if I spoke French. It's weird how little people know about Canada.

I'm still surprised not a single person had her back at the reunion.
I don't care if it's "socially problematic" or not, I don't need to see people who need to plunge into the deepest depths of cruelty they can find just because they don't like someone (Frank/Nia)

I agree I think it was too much, but is it really "problematic"? Should people be mad, yes. Should he be cancelled for it, no. That's my point. I mean Marie on that same season shoved other people and people love her for it lol. Shoving people wasn't really as harshly reprimanded back in 2012 versus today. That's just how the environment of the show was.

If people show growth that should take precendence but it would also depend on what they said. There's a limit. I think age is relevant as well.
I h8 you I hope you step on a lego you fool!
Anyways.
Quick someone find tweets from ct
Funny thing is she said they were told to check and delete their ignorant posts before doing Double Agents. That's on her for not doing so
Whew scalped the entire site with this one
i said it's a huge loss for the show as a competitor, I'd be calling MTV hypocrites if she was on the show still.

She was definitely born in Brazil. Sao Paulo or Sao Bernando. Sao something. They said on one of the seasons--maybe Spring Break Challenge

Coming from the person that called Amber B a cracker and won't acknowledge she's black
