I don't really care from which show they are pooling the contestants, as long as the people are interesting and they are willing to stick around. In the last 5 seasons, we have had an influx of so many new people, and most of them did not stick around. What made The Challenge different from shows like Big Brother and Survivor was that the cast was doing multiple seasons and has developed relationships (good or bad / romantic or friendships or rivarlies) which continued to grow or deteriorate throughout the years. And now it feels like every season we get Aneesa, CT, Wes, Nany, Cory, Ashley, Nelly, Tori and Banans (up until season 36) and then a bunch of newbies out of which only a rare few come back for 2+ seasons.
I checked now and starting with Vendettas when they started bit the Brits and then everyone else, we have had a total of 55 rookies. Kam and Kyle are the only ones still there from Vendettas. No one is there from FR and only 1 from WoW1 (Josh) and Big T is the only one still there from WoW2.
I don't want them to have streaks like Bananas did, breaks between seasons are welcome, but I do like to see repeating faces more than so many rookies that I will never see again after this.. I watch Survivor and BB for that...
Remember the scene of her stealing Connor and Mckenzie was crying and Lauren just made this face, grabbed connor's hand, and strutted down the stairs to her date? Ugh yes

She didn't last long although she was messier when she left her season than on the show but she is entertaining and she'll do something even if that mean she's going home first

Lauren does bring messy drama, but it's fake, like Josh. But then again, that's what MTV likes, so she could possibly become a mainstay for seasons to come.

I can't have a serious discussion with anyone who thinks Tommy is good casting. So we'll keep it moving. I hope we get a couple decent female names today that lighten the load for Michaela and Amanda so that they don't have to carry the entire season on their backs.

This girl is going to freak out when she is voted into elimination it looks like I can't wait. That show looks like it has an attractive cast, they need to do more recruiting from there.
Also, in theme of trying to be more positive I am so happy there is no Nicole Z!
Wotw was a great season and it's prob one of my faves I've been watching since the gauntlet 2. Very unpredictabke season
The uk kids brought messy tv and the athletism. Perfect combination.
You can find that happy medium. You can't just cast the katie's and casey's or you'll run into the jek era again. No one wants to see the same people go to the final everytime.
The og season has been fantastic. But are we really surprised that teck, Trish elle and ace are the first boots?

What did Trishelle do on Seasons that was impressive?
She refused to compete in the trivia mission, she refused to go into an elimination, the elimination she won was a game of memory in which Sarah was on the sidelines helping her as Dustin did all the work, she won the final mission because Dustin can swim (she literally did nothing) and they only reason she wasn't last in the final is because Devyn is worse than her. Trishelle being an early boot wasn't even borderline surprising especially after Jisela did well in the first episode.

I think they wanted to save Cely and Johnny for the beach which makes sense
