This will be a pain in the *** for the spoiler team going forward with all the possible purges, changing teams, twists (if Natalie DQd) and final... we all know this will very likely end with only one winner and the option to steal the money from his/her partner...
If Darrell wins given his body of work he's the best of all time no question. It's off topic so I won't get into it till post season and if good results do happen.
I dont understand why production doesnt like multiple winners (esp not just 1 person) and multiple cash prizes for people... the War of the Words 1 final was amazing and worked bc 3 people took home good money. Especially in 2020 i'd hate for that dumb steal money twist to be used...it's played out!
I jist hope given everything Darrell's appearance isnt like Derrick's XXX time and they just stop calling.. do you have any idea how production views Darrell PR? I know you said Amber B is invisible and think (not sure) in the past you said they bored w Derrick..
D is a production favorite and he stated on several podcasts that he would get called and accept but they would never put him on the final cast (until his return on Invasion). He was supposed to be on a Road Rules team for Battle of the Seasons and Cory's original partner on Final Reckoning. He also said he was considered for Vendettas but had to decline because it interfered with his wedding date, so they flew him out right after to be a mercenary. I'm sure with the WOTW theme and timing, now was the perfect time to come back.
Derrick is great as a competitor, but is lackluster in the confessional booth because has nothing to talk about. He can't play the 'underdog' cast role anymore, so he just comes off boring. Both are OGs with kids, but the difference is Darrell can deliver in confessionals and on camera. I'm sure they probably wanted strong POC's this season too.

All I ask is that Darrell wins this season and becomes a staple challenge member like Bananas, Wes and Ct.
