Am I just a biased fan, because I thought the episode was real well done. Great first daily challenge, great production (camera, music). I ask because I saw caramariatea tweeted that the episode sucked.
I thought it was solid, I liked the elimination and the mission, loved the scenery with the fog in the forest, thought it did a good job at introducing people. Wish there wasn't as much focus on bananas and wed but that's just wishful thinking. Overall I liked it.

It was a very by the books episode. But a lot of rookies got to shine and it was a solid daily and elimination.

agreed. not every episode has to be super exciting
The tribunal makes no sense, what are they interrogating for when the goal now is to go in and win an elimination. Just have the tribunal vote who they want after finding out who was voted in.

So they can beg to put in instead of begging not to be put in I guess.
The tribunal really doesn't provide anything tho like what's the point of nominating three people when they already know who they're putting in because I'm sure they talk about it before. It all screams extra to me and no drama comes out of it.
Also judging by Gamers recent tweets I'm expecting more racists to come on next season so if that's the case I'll be dropping this like I did BBCAN unless one of my faves win

The tribunal has always been super extra tbh. This time it's even more pointless tho since people aren't going to be scared to go in when you have to. Honestly tho besides bear roasting ninja, the tribunal hasn't provided anything good in any of the 3 seasons it was used in and I don't think that's changing this time

BB21?? I hope not!
Maybe PR & Gamer can provide more light to if those contracts changed after both CBS/MTV merged but I don't know what they're under now. All I know is I don't want to see any of them on and if that's the direction MTV is going count me out
kemi/bella for a rivals season maybe would be the only semi-acceptable option for me. that season really was garbage.
the first episode was alright, pretty much a typical first episode, proud of dee's performance and all the rookies seem like solid additions. i just hate that they're wasting so much camera time on wes/bananas like hang it up ***** no one cares about them besides those cringe weird *** twitter casuals that still post memes from 5 years ago and praise tori like she's the second coming of jesus christ.
So what if someone never goes into elimination before the final? Like does TJ just say sorry you can compete in the final? I mean a great strategy would would be to make sure the strong players never go in then or someone you just don't want in a final. Take Wes or Johnny for example. If they win a challenge or selected for the tribunal then they are safe and can't go in elimination. If they are not in the tribunal then the rest of the cast just wouldn't vote then into elimination and the tribunal would put them in either. I'm sure there is some type of thing at the end where the players who haven't gone in yet have to go in but still. And obv we know they all go into elimination based on the spoilers. Would be funny though if they told them once you win an elimination you can't go back into one. Jay would have the biggest smile on lol.
Wes, CT, and Bananas just aren't interesting characters... Their storylines are boring and forced and slow the entire momentum down.
I'd rather see more Cory, Nelson, Kayla, Melissa, Mattie, Big T.. and I feel like we got more from the rookies than we usually get in a premier episode which was good and a breath of fresh air.

Casuals are having a ***** over the Bananas and wes alliance on social media right now.
If Wes & Rotten Banana were serious about working together why would Wes volunteer for elimination ? I'm glad he did because he ensured one of the two would go home but kinda confused why he would do that

I don't think Bay got a bad edit definitely if you watched her season and know her personality. I'm pretty sure they hyped her confessionals to make her seem overly confident and ***ertive but nothing is really wrong with that when Laurel big *** can cuss people out and say similar things and she's a Queen.

I did remember Nick (BB21) said on his IG live (1-2 months ago) that MTV reached out to him unless if hes lying

i like this twist. they need to keep it every season!!!! (the you have to win an elimination thing)

Aren't they under two year contracts?
It was boring

It wouldn't shock me if they went after the BB21 trash bin. Let me guess fake Aquaman and Blonde Jugs for Brains?
Typical

The only show they should call Kat for should be Ex on the Beach. She would be extremely messy on that.
The everyone has to go in twist would work much better if
A. They didn't live in a bunker with terrible conditions meaning people are just saying **** it and throwing elims
B. They actually brought back the relic from wotw1, this would be the perfect time to use it, but they don't make good choices
Wes, CT, and Bananas just aren't interesting characters... Their storylines are boring and forced and slow the entire momentum down.

Was the premiere worth a watch?
Casuals are having a ***** over the Bananas and wes alliance on social media right now.
They still think CT is funny and a beast

This season seems to be full of bad decisions just based off everything we know
Ugh they are so predictable
