The trilogy format is nice. You'd be more inclined to binge all the seasons together now that you know they're all linked in one way or another. Might also continue to keep people tuned in if their favorites from the previous seasons will be featured. This reminds me (if everyone's old enough to remember) that the original Gauntlet and Inferno seasons were linked to each other so much that the week after Gauntlet ended, Inferno began to air.
There's so much that has transpired over the last two seasons in terms of drama, stories, hook ups & more -- deserves a "conclusion".
I would love to see the alliance of Cory/Nelson/Hunter/Tony/Nicole featured again trying to go at the vets Bananas/CT/Derrick/Darrell/Cara Maria -- or something of the rather. Cast Laurel to be an x-factor whose presence disturbs the entire game. Something cool. Anyway, this is all speculation. Glad we're getting Challenges so frequently. We might even get one more before the year ends.

Vendettas was promoted as a follow up to Dirty XXX, you either hear it in the trailer or the intro to the first episode. They probably thought of that as a plan (or back up plan) somewhere after seeing everything that transpired on this show.
