Really? I thought thats what multiple spoiler sources have said. He was divorced, he was depressed, and he needed a life change and he called the casting woman he was on good terms with and pleaded with her. Shane is not one of those people that would just get availability calls, he's not a Coral, Veronica or Darrell. Yes he's an OG and a vet (4 or more imo), but he was not a big character. He was pretty invisible actually. He had 2 episodes in total where he had a story; Wanting to go home on the first BOTS and then saving Genesis, and then hooking up with Nick. Shane was more a WTF casting then Ibis & Syrus combined, he did SOMETHING to get invasion and my money is on begging

IDG why everyone hates the cast. I watch for the fun of competing. If you don't like the cast, you can root againsst them and cheer when they get eliminated. I feel like a good amount of people on this site expect a GODLY cast every season. Ya gotta have fillers in a season otherwise whats the fun. Without these AYTO rookie losers, who would fill the first boot spot? Y'all want this amazing cast full of hand-crafted superbeings but then y'all will complain when they leave early like wtf u expect when everyone is good. I personally, although not fully liking the cast, find that its fun to root for and against people. I rooted so badly against Nelson last season, but I kind of appreciate him this season, with the whole optimism of being V's partner in the one episode and always sticking to his friends, but being shady when need be. I personally think that Britni Nicol Thorton is gonna kick *** and take names, she's won 1 elimination this season and she's going to get more I feel. I don't know that many spoilers, I know the winners and reunion spoilers and thats it. I feel like its just fun watching it play out and if The Challenge is one of your favorite shows you shouldn't constantly complain about every single casting decision they make.
