If Tori can't win, Cara Maria is the much much much lesser evil of the two to choose from. A. I don't want Camilla to win just solely based on Karma with all the stuff she did the past few seasons and her entitled ego needs a humble pie.B. I don't want the richest female on the Challenge to be from a special spinoff show where only she was choosen from. I typcially don't care where they come from, but not when it comes to significant milestones or records like this. Tori winning from AYTO or CM for Fresh Meat would not be the same, because there has been multiple people already that AYTO/FM has been used from and they will keep being part of this franchise, but only Camilla as representetive of this special spinoff show really would put everything to shame.

Derrick winning would not be an upset lol. Don't know why this is being said again.. Any guy winning wouldn't be an upset. But I do want him to win. He's won three of the four finals he's been in, hoping he makes it four of five.
It would be an upset simply because of his comeback story.
I agree but also he's up against stiff competition, however maybe I'm overlooking him, he has been competing in the crossfire games, for all we know he might be the favorite

I mean whoever wins this will be a Non-Castmember so this is milestone is gonna be in the wrong person's hands regardless.
That's crazy, do y'all think this is mtv's last season? I mean to jump to a big cash prize like 1 million... that sounds like a good farewell
I highly doubt it. They seem more invested in it then ever.
I feel like with the Real World declilning and their other new shows doing shit, they really are promoting the Challenge to be their focus. Just look at how much they have done since last fall: film and air Invasion, Champs vs Pros, all of these specials, the Sonic commercial, Laurel/Shane/Ashley K/Zach doing another special, getting the Miz back as a host and legends like Shane, Darrell, and Veronica back on. They have been stepping up their game.

lol **** no. they have been pumping out more challenge content than ever recently. It is one of the very few shows that is a consistent draw on their network and has been for decades.

It is their own fault real world is declining with shitty casting and going away from the tried and tru formula. Only "themed" season I enjoyed and thought was any good was explosion.

This is so true, Explosion and Skeletons were genius IMO, GBGH was eh and Bad Blood just ruined it. They need to get good Cast members ages 20-24 and put them all in a house again with no twists. sometimes less is more. Or if they really wanna keep the themes going do Explosion 2 for gods sake. With that being said the challenge will not be ending. It is one of MTV's highest rated shows. Tv is declining in General, The Challenge has been around since some of us were little kids and its about time MTV realizes that it deserves more recognition than what its been getting in recent years

Yeah. They'd be fools to get rid of The Challenge now. They need that show now more than ever given like you said it's one of the only shows on MTV people care about.

They will probably make a big deal about the increased prize money because it is the 30th season, but then the prize money will go back down next season.

Pretty sure that would hurt casting....they can easily spend that kind of money
Not trying to look to far ahead but I'm praying that the season 31 cast will be just as good!
Y'all better hype up Veronica/Derrick/Darrell on twitter all season so we can finally get Tina/Beth to come back on Rivals 4!
I just feel like spoilers are apart of the whole TV thing.. If that makes sense lol. I'll never understand why they care so much.

So it's confirmed the prize is a million? Someone PM me the answer, I'll never find it.
yes split between the finalists

This is the most competitive final ever
Could y'all imagine how petty Queen Violetta would've been had she been cast. Ughhh... Robbed Legend-to-be.

They are not getting rid of this
<3
I'm interested to hear some of the male matchups in elimination. Praying Derrick wrecked some *** one good time to prove he's still the King.

I hope Bananas only saw 1 elimination this season and lost to go under .500 for his career in eliminations lol
This is pretty much all they have--if anything they should start doing them more often
My prediction is they will try to squeeze in 3 a year in the near future. Like you said pretty much all they have. This and teen mom shit lol
Pretty sure that would hurt casting....they can easily spend that kind of money
