I feel like the show doesn't do well without Backpack because they always edit around Backpack's antics... So when he is not there, they stick with the same formula, not realizing that he is a special case. They need to learn to edit and make others shine whether he is there or not. Almost all drama this season had a cut to him and his reactions, whether he was involved or not.
And I honestly feel bad for Sarah, being to naive to know that you should always believe Backpack will screw you over. My behind would have tried my hardest in the whole final until we got to the hill and I miraculously get injured and DQ. Unless I won all the points before the all night checkpoint. I never trust production if they don't tell me who wins each time, they could make it up easily in the end.

Some people are saying that the final hike up the mountain was also worth 1 point and MTV didn't explain that for whatever reason, so that it would be 7 total and no ties could happen. So Johnny would have won 5-2 meaning the up all night challenge didn't make a difference.
