This season's editing feels somewhat like the original Battle of the Seasons, which is hands-down one of the all time greatest seasons of The Challenge. The thing heavily weighing down Rivals III is the cast, not the "lack of eliminations."
Exactly, even though I still like the cast but I can see why most people don't.
If they have had an elimination every episode since the beginning we would be left with a bunch of TBC on the last couple of episodes anyways so it's the same ******* shit.
I'm enjoying the character development. I'd rather start slow and build up to the intensity.
A slow-burn with a strong ending is far better than something that burns bright at the start then dies out by the time it hits the halfway point.

I like certain individuals. Namely Ashley who's hustling the **** out of her screen time.

And I love how they're finally putting focus on the rookies instead of the tired *** **** (except for the Camila/Nany debacle). Some of the rookies suck, but it's still nice not seeing Bananas on my screen for the entire hour.

Ashley better get her phone explosed with phone calls. But she'll probably be p***ed up for Jenna cause producers are dumb. I also need Devin, Amanda's psychotic *** and Briana if she chills on the makeup.
Then what do you all want them to show the rest of the season ?!. If they show the teams that didn't DQ or quit being eliminated. they have mostly everyone home almost halfway through the season. It's not the editing teams fault that they had so many people dq or quit this season.
If we bring replacements for the teams that DQ'd, it'll be the same amount. So the season being "shorter" cause of the dq makes NO SENSE, PUÑETA.
Now, keep in mind that Exes 2 had 12 episodes.
So, this season, they skipped an elimination the 1st episode. Which is ok, whatever. So if we had an elimination for every episode since episode 2 until we are down to final 3 (INCLUDING THE DQ's SINCE IT DOESN'T CHANGE SHIT SINCE WE GOT REPLACEMENTS), it will bring us to episode 11. Finale episode 12.
Now question, where do you get that had they had an elimination every episode we will finish half way through????????
Main difference is that it looks like this season they'll have 14 episodes?? correct me if I'm wrong. In which case, that's why they aren't doing eliminaitons every episode since if they did that the season will finish around 12th episode, so earlier. Which brings us to the next point that a lot of us would rather have less but more "complete" episodes than more but "same shit boring and unbalance" episodes. It's a matter of preference, which is ok. But the whole "this season would finish half way had they did eliminaitons every episode cause of the dq's" is not true. The issue is more of the decision to have more episodes resulting in the lack of elimination rounds in the episodes.
The show is called the CHALLENGE not drunk petty drama. There is no excuse for not having eliminations evert episode. Exes had 2 teams gone without any replacements unlike this season so don't pull this bull shit that this is the only way. There should be a balance between drama and competition.

Truth. I don't mind the editing of this season. It's a nice change of pace that I hope they stick with. The problem here is that the half the people they focus on(AYTO) are useless and pathetic. As I've stated before I personally would rather have fresh RW faces like Jason, Nicole(Skeletons), Robb, Latoya, Trey, Bruno, Mitch, Rather than people like Simone, Nate, Thirstbucket, Brianna, etc.
But I will say that Tony and Ashley have been awesome characters and are bringing it.

I wanna watch people go home how they should be going home. Its bs that were 4 episodes in and only saw 1 elimination. Idc about more episodes of most are shit.
And I wipe my *** to clean it.News flash, the show isn't catered to you!
Never said it was. However, I was explaining why I think this season is annoying, so clearly my post would cater to me and how I felt. And newsflash, you're annoying as ****.

Also, they could have still showed the ENTIRE challenge last episode. There was no excuses for that shit. Like they showed us 4 teams I think. If we weren't gonna get anything else it should have been all of that. So save me with this teams DQing shit. And they should have had 14 teams from the jump.
Bloodlines had 2 DQs at the same **** time and we got some TBC but like 2 and we got that double night thing where they showed 2 episodes. And the drama is not good this season either. And no one likes AYTO so people *****. I can keep going too but let me not be petty lol

anyways AYTO? has castembers on this show & they're apart and deserve the focus they're getting. we'll get to eliminatioms anyways so sit tight.

Is it me, or was Nany being a bit catty in tht aftershow.
Not just you. I never realized before how passive aggressive she could be. I was always neutral on her before last week, but now I'm leaning more towards dislike. And I don't even particularly care for Camila either, but I was shocked at how terrible of a friend Nany is.
I like Nany at times, but she reaaaally needs to **** off. There's nothing cute about going after your supposed best friend in the house based on heresay. There's a reason she has only ever made one final, and that's because she 1) has no idea how to play the game and 2) doesn't have the athleticism to fall back on unlike Theresa, Camilla, etc. She tries, I'll give her that, but she ultimately sucks on her own. I'm not sure where her giant vet ego came from (snaking by without flipping the Kill Card on Free Agents?) b/c as far as I'm concerned she has yet to earn her stripes. If she can survive an elimination this season w/o Wes doing all the work, then maybe she can go around telling people to know their role ... but until then, nah.
She didn't have to attack Camilla with false information and ruin her night, she chose to. Being ride or die for your family is cool and all, but not when they play you.
Is it me, or was Nany being a bit catty in tht aftershow.
I don't think she was being catty, she was just being blunt and I don't even think it came off as desrespectful.
I mean, I respect that she was honest with Camilla in tell her how she's tired of internalizing her angression when she's mad at Camilla, but when Camilla was getting demeaned by some Amanda, she was just smiling and laughing. It almost seemed like she enjoyed watching Camilla get berated.
Also, being AYTO aside, Amanda just seems like a shitty person to be around with. Like i'd be very exhausting to be around her.
Finally watched the aftershow and I love how Amanda was saying whatever about camilia because camilia called her a freckled face freak or whatever when Amanda called camilia fat.... To me call a person fat is a lot worse

I really don't see much of a difference between these four characters... Simone and Ashley are similar characters... Tony and Nate have both brought a ridiculous scene to the table (Nate's crying, Tony's 'bar tab')... oh and Nate is about to get a hook up (which is also similar to Tony).

Tony is much trashier and messy than Nate. Ashley is more drunken LOL worthy than Simone. On top of that Tony/ Ashley are actually entertaining whereas Nate/Simone are not.

This ****** me off so much, and I was a huge Nany fan despite her being a mediocre competitor and hyping the shit out of herself. Her clown-ass cousin has made her so hard for me to like.
