The title of the book is a ******* joke. It's actually insulting they think we want to turn to MTV reality stars to learn "how to win at life, battle obstacles, make friends, and make money." If you need the fans to give your more money, on top of the money you get from shoving 62729 commercials down our throats per episode, just say that!
They're trying way too hard to turn this show into a commercial product that is on the same tier as survivor & big brother and they need to stop. the challenge is a trashy mtv reality competition show. survivor & big brother are family friendly cbs reality competition shows.

Also, she did say that she didn't come into this season as in shape as she wanted to since she graduated from vet school only a few weeks before leaving and she was so busy studying
