2 - Men want her, and women want to be her. She is literally the center of attention in the house, and that's why everyone gravitates towards her. She doesn't have all that many enemies, and she is a sweet girl.
3 - People are worried that their favorites will not win challenges as long as she is in, or they're afraid that they may have to face her in an elimination. She has a perfect elimination record going 1 on 1, and nobody has beat her.
4 - She has been in the finale almost her entire challenge career. Jenna is made for this show.

Jenn was an awesome competitor, but she wasn't on the favored team, especially back then if you weren't friends with Johnny, Kenny, or Evan. Do you really think her team stood a chance on The Island?
