Plus, the rookies are bound to suck and it's not because they aren't good but they don't have enough experience yet. The Challenge isn't easy, so why do that to them? Why a Rookies vs. Vets should never happen.... it'll be a washout. Vets win hands down and only a handful if not less Rookies will survive to see a final and probably not win, sadly and some vets don't deserve to win or get a free ride at this point. Too easy.
Jenna has only been on one season prior to this and has actually brought drama and entertainment this season.

Well 3 but I didn't want to spoil that for anyone. And sadly at the rate we are going 4 if they don't make a change.

I'm with you on everything but I think it depends on the Rookies and the Vets that are cast if we ever get a Battle of the Ages season. The Rookies team on Gauntlet 2 were awesome and showed that they could perform better than the Veterans, beating them 9-6 in team missions.
Agreed. Rookies and Vets can work it just needs the right cast. Gauntlet 2 proved that.
And 9-6? damn I never realized they won more than the vets. But that season had a good back and forth regardless.
This season would've been more interesting if the eliminations were Red vs Blue, with bloodlines on opposite teams and fate not being tied to your bloodline.
These challenges aren't hard especially compared to last season. The underwater one is hard but if you're a good swimmer like Sarah or Wes it would be no problem

Yeah I think the majority of the challenges this season were fair in difficulty but tonight's was a bit much. You'd have to be a very seasoned swimmer to complete this but they have to remember that they're casting reality tv stars, not athletes.

Yes and Gauntlet 2 was one of the best seasons in Challenge history so I'd love to see the Rookies vs. Vets format return with great/entertaining players on both sides. I like how during the first six missions, both teams were 3-3 then the Rookies won four missions in a row and the Vets ended up making a comeback winning two missions in a row. Great competition.

Thing with Zach is he's potentially the most impressive specimen, but he ALWAYS underwhelms and doesn't use his brain to come up with the most ideal strategy. I strongly feel like Jamie would have gotten atleast one pole from him.
I guess you'll see lmao.Zach really wasn't there for much besides to get some bologna and saggy ***** from Jenna.

Although I like the format, adds a little extra element to strategy, I agree with you DA. It does feel a bit all over the place and not well thought out. I thought it would have worked out great had they focus on family relations rather than vets vs vet, but yes, no bloodline was really showcased right. Yep. That was a season where the competition was worth caring about because it wasn't just a predicable blowout. You really could see either team taking the win and that's RARE especially for that particular challenge format.
Gauntlet 2 was damn good. If only we got seasons like that now...
I like the overtop challenges like Out On A Ledge (Free Agents), Piggy Back (Free Agents), I Got You Babe (Exes 2), etc.
Like these challenges have been boring because they are easy. Tonight's challenge was boring though too. It would have been better had you been able to swim both under and above water.
Rookies vs. Vets with some real vets, the rookies would still lose. Now had they done rookies vs. vets after bloodlines or after seasons it could have been okay. But they have let a lot of valuable rookies become vets.

WORD! Especally after Seasons. Lost chance right there, with the influx of new blood wanting to take the crown.
I like this season. It's different and sort of feels like a new era. It's different.
Same, idk why but I like it, it's something new no repeated eliminations or anything. I think people don't like to see underdogs shine. They want to see Kenny, Evan, Wes and CT running the challenge again smh.
Also I think thus challenge was to benefit the bloodlines, I mean this is their first challenge, they had some small girls and guys, like I think they tried to be as fair as possible in Challenges and Eliminations, Everything isn't a physical battle this season. And I love that -Laurel Voice
Another sickeningly tragic ending to an episode. Because of Mike's sheer stupidity at voting himself in, Jamie & his creepy, beady eyes live on. If he wins the final, I hope he uses the money to have a decent amount of space placed between those things. I can't stomache him or his nauseating cousin any longer. Does everything that moron cara maria says have to be so mind-numbingly obnoxious? I literally want to time travel back to Cutthroat-era Prague & hand Jenn a chair that she can bust over CMs head in that club. I wish Zach woulda pulled a Tina & thrown the round to Mike. Anti-climactic elimination round indeed. Vomit at jenna making ******** googly eyes at her stupid, yet hot bf.
CT seems more serene & sweet. Reminiscent of his Inferno debut. Maybe he's finally maturing
Cara must feel extra dense for not being able to convince two simpletons to not vote in the guy they most hate in the house. Cara's politicking skills are about as good as her relationship skills.
The challenge looked like so much fun. Too bad it was wasted on a bunch of lightweights who can't perform for shit. COrey choked, Mitch a is a bust & Vince... at least his weak *** is consistent. Wes, Theresa, Paula, Rachel, Emily, Frank, Tonya, Timmy, Derrick... I can think of so many vets who coulda killed this. Instead we get jenna "slaying" by making it to one box & DQing. Get out of here with that shit. She sucks in every single way. She did have one funny moment when she mocked Vince thinking he's hot & funny. ***** that's you to a tee.
I've been over this show since Rivals 1 that was the last time I got excited over it. The loyal fan in me is the only reason why I keep watching. Im actually enjoying this season a bit though. Had it not been for the new fresh faces the bloodlines I think I would of given up halfway through the season. Jamie is a great addition to the show so is Vince.
Vomit at jenna making ******** googly eyes at her stupid, yet hot bf. .
She really is a simple-minded, slow *** *****. Everyone saw on BOTE2 Zach for what he really was sexist, ignorant, and misogynist ****. He treated Jonna like shit and Jenna saw it first hand the fact that she would entertain a man like this is disgusting.

This season is a huge let down but I knew it would be from the cast list.
The show for interesting for 2 episodes because of Abe but other than that, its trash.

WORD! Especally after Seasons. Lost chance right there, with the influx of new blood wanting to take the crown.
Same, idk why but I like it, it's something new no repeated eliminations or anything. I think people don't like to see underdogs shine. They want to see Kenny, Evan, Wes and CT running the challenge again smh.
nooo not Abe he was the only entertainment this season
Also I think thus challenge was to benefit the bloodlines, I mean this is their first challenge, they had some small girls and guys, like I think they tried to be as fair as possible in Challenges and Eliminations, Everything isn't a physical battle this season. And I love that -Laurel Voice
And I think they did well with the season.
Yeah I'm sorry that challenge was easy tonight, go to the bottom of any pool and there you did it lol. Not saying it didnt look a ton of fun.
I would do terrible haha I kept going up to the ocean the first time I went scuba diving.
She really is a simple-minded, slow *** *****. Everyone saw on BOTE2 Zach for what he really was sexist, ignorant, and misogynist ****. He treated Jonna like shit and Jenna saw it first hand the fact that she would entertain a man like this is disgusting.
