Zach fell hard and fast for Jonna’s baby blues on Battle of the Seasons. The two continued their romance after the show, when Zach relocated to Los Angeles to be with Jonna. However, Zach quickly realized it wasn’t a good match and abandoned Jonna without looking back. For years, Jonna and Zach tiptoed around a tattered past without ever speaking a word. Zach explains, “I’ve wanted nothing to do with her since we broke up. She’s got some animosity towards me, so we’ve got to settle that right away if we plan on doing anything in this Challenge.” A wistful Jonna seeks closure from Zach for her broken heart and Jonna admits, “Because of how our relationship ended, I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to trust Zach this time around. And trust is one of the most important things for partners in this game.” Will Zach and Jonna finally break the ice and slide into a Final? Or will old wounds send them into dark, tumultuous waters?

I can't wait to see how they interact the first episode.
I was always wondering what it must have been like to be on the challenges since they broke up. Must have been awkward and a lot of avoiding each other. It will be interesting now because they have to interact. I think they both just moved way too fast in their relationship. They both tend to do that when they fall for someone.

I like them, Zach grew on me a lot on free agents.

One of my favorite teams this season. On paper they look like they should at least make finals no doubt but you never know how things will turn out. I hope we see the Jonna from Rivals back!
This is my favorite team this season. Jonna is one of my favorite Real World girls, and Zach has come a long way since his RW debut. I would LOVE if they win the whole shabang.
I think they have animosity they haven't talked their issues , by what I heard they ended in a really really bad note .
Plus, Zach wanted to vote her in last season when he won the individual challenge with Devyn that for whatever reason production decided to edit out all the drama going down. I personally would have find that more interesting than seeing Camila/Nany fighting for no reason othe than being drunk:

See, I don't understand either why they edited that drama out. That sounded like good drama right there. It would have also accentuated to the viewers Zach's relationship with Jonna, instead of showing him just sort of ignoring her.
Wow I didn't know he wanted to vote her in...This was probably one of the most awkward teams since neither one of them speaks to each other.

At this point, both of them have done so many Challenges, they could coast on their veteran status. They're a threat, but not really a threat until it comes to the end. Besides Vegas Ashley, this is the best Zach could've done.
Ashlee (NO2) probably would've taken him to the final. She doesn't want to do one anymore though.
But how do we know how Ashlee Competes if she has never competed before.
Ashlee from NO seems athletic, but on her season she was considered one of the most boring castmembers ever. I remember Knight saying that it's a shame because she's such a cool person, but she was too worried about what her parents would think so we never got to see her true personality. I doubt producers would be interested in casting her on a challenge over Jonna. And Ashley from San Diego 2 was a classy girl, thus she's probably considered too boring too.
Oh and they should have shown Zach voting for Jonna! Zach did say that he worried about Jonna voting for him on Rivals 2, but luckily Nany had his back. Zach and Jonna had a bad breakup and Jonna thought he was being fake towards her because he was being super nice to her until after the reunion so she wouldn't say anything bad about him. Ashley from San Diego also said that Zach was completely fake with her on their season, and that's why she broke up with him later.
