He only threw him in on Exes and was in the room once on the Ruins. If you want to include the other 2 on the Ruins + influencing Sarah and Vinny on Exes that makes 5 total. 

I don't see what Dustin's past have to do with anything. Nobody cares anymore and nobody in that house has to right to judge him on it.
