Yeah if Jordan would have touched Nia's crotch and said "HAHA YOU HAVE A ****" he not only would have been kicked off, but would have gotten blog posts and articles written up about how he's an appalling person that needs to be castrated. Nia just has to go home. She could be getting worse.
The consequence seems quite justified to me. She sexually assaulted someone and got kicked off. Nia doesn't deserve a free pass for that just because she's a woman and Jordan's a man.
My only thought is the winner between bananas and leroy gets Nany as a partner cause previews show bananas and Leroy going at it so they don't send him home before the elimination starts..
