Marie. I'm getting strong Marie vibes this season.

Finally!

This theme has the potential to make a really great cast I think.

Its almost like they're setting up for a future challenge to be a Ruins season, since we'll most likely have new champions. And a large pool of challengers

This probably won't be opposite teams. I could see it being same-sex pairs. Like what if your one and only partner was your sibling! Type thing.

Nia & Makeda

Marie & her sister

Averey & Jena

Camila & Larissa

Madison & Rachel

And some other sister teams or cousins.

Thomas & Stephen

and some other brother teams or cousins.

So if this bloodline is true and goes through I am first happy it cannot be significant others because it would almost be unfair with Hannah tetter their even if the were on different teams, then again if Theresa came back and significant others could be on we could have her NFL boyfriend. But assuming it needs to be blood who has blood close in age that would do the show.

Averey-sibling

Dustin-sibling

Nia-Sibling

Thomas-Sibling

Tony-Sibling

Madison-sibling

Nicole- sibling

Violetta-cousin

CT-Lots of people

Nany-Siblings

Jess-Sibling

Camilla- sibling

Emily-Sister

Zach-Sibling

Wes-

Bananas-

Couhutta-

Reiley-

Cory-

Brain-

Hailey-

Abe-

Laurel-

Then of course they will have a few AYTO.

Side note: I think the chances would be higher for Madison, Tony, and Nicole just because we saw their blood on their RW show. If Bruno changes his mind I think he would also be 100% on. I also think Nia has a 95% chance of being on with a sister.

Cory has brothers.

If they do it like that, it would be a waste of an idea. Btw just to throw it out there, they are fined with coed bloodlines as far as I know.

Anyways if Marie end doing it and her sister do it too if they stick with that format. Then i can see her sister becoming a top dog or atleast having potential on paper:

Same with one of Emily sisters.

any word if they were trying for specific number of females and males as usual? I can't imagine how elimination would work if there was two brothers against two sisters.

Can anyone from the army or military even be on reality shows?

Not for six weeks...

Marie. I'm getting strong Marie vibes this season.

Really? I hope. She's just never on social media so it's hard to know how she feels about the show.

Robb was the reason she wasn't on Exes II if that says anything about her possibly returning.

LOL I wasn't sure either because he calls everyone brother but it was his dad's wedding and they look apart of the grooms party so I think so. The big one in back is for sure

I'm normally not one to complain about formats and themes because I never minded the Rivals and Exes and repeated formats but this whole Bloodlines thing I'm really not a fan of. From what it sounds like at least half the cast are all going to be new and with people on here saying a lot of vets aren't going to be on is it safe to assume half of the alumni will be relatively new? So thats what like 8-10 people who have actually done more than 2-3 challenges? I don't know I'm just not a fan of at least half of an entire cast being completely new to the franchise. Hopefully it does really well in ratings for them and it works out but so far just not a fan.

I still don't know about his format. I mean this show cannot do what Survivor can do. That was pretty **** clear with The Island. And considering the point and nature of this show this format won't seem to work I feel like.

Maybe David burns (doubt it) from real world seattle would do his return, since he is CT's cousin lol

It has the potential for drama depending how they execute the format. they could make it so you screw over your own family which would be awesome drama or your past alliance partners. Has potential for more single people so therefore more hookups.  But if all fairly rookies/newbies to the challenge, has the potential to completely flop.

that would be awesome lol...

Why do people keep saying the Real Wolrd is done?  There has been no official announcment and BMP is accepting applications for a new season.

YAAASSSSSS let me get my application together! The Real World needs me! When is the last time they really had an amazing funny fashionable gay guy?!

Every other season.

Wow, I didn't know that. That'd be interesting to see.

This is all stupid.

1. Why steal ideas when you could REVIVE old ones like gauntlet, ruins, FM!!!

2. I want Trey in another one.

3. Why Bloodlines........

Those ideas are NOT marketable now days...Unlike bloodlines that they can promote it however they want it and get new viewers

Awful idea about bloodlines if it's true.   So awful.  Bring more new characters into a showing that has declining ratings.

What made this show great?  Fans knew the characters.  Fans knew the relationships those characters had with members from their own RW/RR/FM season.  Fans knew the relationships and history those characters had with characters from a previous challenge season.   What they need is to do is utilize the rookies versus vets theme again to build new relationships and explore previous relationships the viewer has seen before.

I do not care about Nia's sisters or Nia's relationship with them.  I would care about Nia's relationship with Jordan, Sarah, Avery..etc.

Every season that has progressed with these stupid pairs as well as increasingly hardcore physical eliminations and final challenges has brought the show down.  The only saving grace has been the relationships.  Give every perosnality a fair shake at competing without the need to have some Crossfit/Military 2 day excursion.  Emphasize relationships.

Final challenges shouldn't be more than 2 miles long.  Just litter it with fun and creative games, obstacles that forces the competitors to interact and work together.

Might as well bury the show now if they do a bloodlines thing.

I agree with this post and it's the reason why I'm a bit iffy about this format. I feel like it strays farther away from what this show is supposed to be about and what made it good. I want to see actual castmembers not their kinfolk. This show can't really do this kinda format. Not really built for it IMO.

Robin kind of called it back on March 20...wont like, I'd love to see her back lol, wonder if she got a call.  I'm sure if her and her husband were really interested she could find a grandparent to babysit while they were gone...it'd be some extra income at least for them.

I've talked to her.  It was a very lucky guess.

Why not?.... I'm sure it could revive the series. People don't watch the shows due to the formats nowadays. I'm sure if they bring a old format, more viewers are welcome.

You would be surprised, formats do sell more than anything now days. A good format that is relatable and a good social experiments attract way more viewers. I will gurantee you seeing rookies vs vets, rookies that doesnt have any connection with the cast pairs with them and well the ruins have a dark shadow covering it over the sue. Those themes wouldnt bring numbers.

Thats why even shows like survivor and Big brother are even doing themes. Ne viewers doesnt care about rookies vs vets, while they will feel more attract to seeing them work with their "exes"/"Rivals" and go against their blood.

Actually DA, I think you'll appreciate the season a little. It's a return to an even playing field and the focus on social game.

yes, the formats play a huge role for the ratings. But IMO, bringing back those BIG team formats will be great for REVIVAL, then they can start doing risks like bloodlines. But as a true fan, I'm pretty disappointed about bloodlines being a format, due to the new characters not really being new and have somewhat relations to the ones we know already. If they are gonna do something like this, at least make the new characters NEW.

Those teams formats wouldn't revived the show if they dont have an attractive theme that people can related to in order to attract new viewers. Rookies vs vets or having fresh meat without any bond doesnt work either. I am not a huge fan of the idea, but I do see where are the coming from.

I was reading this about how now days they want to do social experiments, intead of just competition shows or reality shows:

"When I think of a social experiment, I think of a world that is literally an 'experiment," says Andreae. "What are you trying to demonstrate, and what is the result? If you're trying to demonstrate how to win a million dollars, it doesn't feel much like an experiment. An experiment It's something designed to test people's morale and the laws in which we live and explore an environment in which people are tested to their capacity."

""When we're developing these shows, we're aware of that aspect of the format, and we have to develop certain moments in the format that specifically address potential behavior issues" -Sussane Daniels

Bloodlines fits on that idea, since it will test what does these people value more family or money.
