on MTVTV twitter, they posted a johnny 30 sec interview saying how he felt it would have been more fair had they done a physical elimination with him or vince against jamie rather than a puzzle and how they had never done a coed elimination to this point. Johnny, cara stinks at puzzles too, it wasn't unfair in the slightest. I am sure you prefer to lose in a physical elimination, but you also beat ct on free agents in a puzzle, and i am guessing you did not want physical against him in that adn you won that challenge. It just comes off as whining to me when he does this. I bet jamie woudl have beat vince, unless it was somethign brute strength with no stamina required, even so vince showed nothing. Jamie vs bananas would have been a good battle, but bananas prob would have won imo

Let's not act like Jamie is some type of superstar,he has been pathetic also.It would of been a toss up with Vince in an elimination....The puzzle eliminations this late are horrendous,i said the same thing when Johnny beat Ct on Free Agents.

How is it not fair. You can say it isn't fair Cara had to compete against guys or how Cara is up for elimination every week if she doesn't win. How is it fair that if it was physical and one on one that bananas/Vince get to choose who goes in and Cara and Jamie don't.
Better yet how is it fair that cohutta and Jill had to go in elimination when they didn't even get last and Jill had no choice but to sit and watch instead of going and competing against stephan
I watched the banana video. How would it make for a better final? He would have won. What would have made for a better final would have been Cara/Jamie, banana/Vince, Cory/Mitch honestly even annessa/Rianna I there wasn't super upper body stiff which normally there is not.

He's the biggest titty baby, I swear to god.
Not sure why...he's voicing his opinion pretty calmly and doesn't come off as petulant about it at all...just disappointed. He didn't complain after he lost and congratulated Cara.
He's also raising a point that tons of fans complained about when he won against CT on Free Agents. People *****ed then because they thought it benefitted Johnny. Why use a puzzle at the end? Why not have it be physical? It's boring to watch the two top dogs do something like this! But of course, most of those people will change their tune under these circumstances.
I'm surprised that the bloodline guys haven't been performing that well this season. Jamie, Mitch and Vince got a lot of hype in the beginning as the best bloodlines but I'm not impressed by them. Cara Maria and KellyAnne even outperformed them multiple times. I like Mitch and thought he did really well in the past endurance challenge but he's been disqualified three times in the other missions. Vince has also been disqualified four times (I don't believe that he threw missions, seems like a BS excuse) and did pretty bad in the endurance one too. Jamie has also been disqualified twice and struggled a lot like Vince did in the most recent one. I guess it's a good thing this season wasn't Alumni vs. Bloodlines because the Bloodlines would've been smoked. It would've been The Ruins 2.0.
Unless the last 2/3 episode are awesome this was really a wash of a season. No good characters came out of the bloodlines. The day challenges were the only really redeeming thing about it...all of them except, ironically, the one they brought CT and Faith in for, were pretty good. And it also suffered from having the dumbest, most non-sensical format that they've ever come up with. The way they handled the picking of the boats on the Island made more sense.
I remember when Pink and co. first started piecing it together I brought up that this was unfair to co-ed teams and was pretty much told by whoever that BMP would obviously figure it out and would make it fair...when they just completely ignored it and kept it unfair. They made it so that there was no incentive to win day challenges...at least on the Ruins and Inferno where you could still go in if you won they had a team bank account so people were encouraged to try. Then, not even in the last challenge they decide to stop doing guy/girl days for no reason and then change the elimination format...meaning that they picked the game based on the matchup (if it had been Jenna/Brianna vs. Jamie/Cara there's no way they would've done that elimination). Just **** poor execution.

I agree with all of this. I think this is the worst format ever. I would hate to be a co-ed team and worry about every single elimination while the same-gender teams at least get a chance to relax. And it just sucks if you're a strong player but could get eliminated due to your weak partner losing an elimination. I'm bummed that we didn't see Abe participate in the pit.
I don't mind this season, I actually really liked it. I liked the deliberations and how most of the eliminations didn't favor a bigger person. Only thing I had a problem with was how the editing was with some of the people DQIng on purpose. I wish they showed the confessionals with reasoning as to why certain people threw the challenge.
I liked this season too, the format and everything even though it was unfair. sometimes messy and unorganized is exciting to me. I'm glad for the messy team format brought lots of drama and I hope Bloodlines 2 if they have one is the same.
i've enjoyed this season more than battle of the exes 2-last season. Sure, it had drama but a lot of it was gross. Zach talking down to Jonna. The guys talking about the women being inferior. Bananas/Nany getting to come back into the game via a wonky exile twist. Sarah getting ganged up on. Nia ruining her chances by touching Jordan.
I may be biased because i enjoy cara. But i like the vibe that emerged where the rookies at least attempted a coup on the veterans. Kellyanne returning. Some non-physical eliminations. Abram's craziness. The fact that Jenna/Brianna ended up doing well despite Brianna wanting to quit early on. The messy format making it so pre-game alliances were harder to keep. From a storyline basis i've liked it.
You could say it didn't produce any new athletic challengers but to be honest most seasons don't. Regular people are natually not going to be overtly physical.

I don't see the problem with the elimination being a puzzle. It's an equalizer and it gives both people a chance to win. Why does it need to be physcial?
And Backpack does seem like he's *****ing. He knows full well he would've won had it been physical and that's why he's "disapointed" he didn't get what benefited him. He's just calmly being a little *****.
Why don't you try objectively putting yourself in his shoes? Regardless of if you think it's stupid or not he obviously trains pretty hard for the show. He comes on, is performance-wise one of the two best guys on the show, and plays a game wherein he burns a few bridges with people that he's friends with (do what you have to do to survive right?). Then the format of the game is randomly changed (it should've been a girls day), the elimination format is changed (now it's partners), and you lose on a game that was a coin flip and it was all for nothing. Maybe not even a coin flip since Cara actually had an advantage in that she could make it through the wall with a smaller space.
Can production do whatever the hell they want? Sure. Doesn't mean he doesn't have a right to be annoyed about it. Pretend that it wasn't Johnny but someone you like. Taking out the Backpack factor, in a vaccuum, I would think that a person in those circumstances could reasonably be annoyed. There are plenty of people who have *****ed and complained in a far more obnoxious fashion about far less. He's not doing it unprompted on his social media and he didn't do it on the show. Someone from MTV clearly sat him down and asked what he thought about the whole thing. What should he have said "YES! IT WAS THE BEST! I WAS GLAD I GOT SENT HOME!"?

You know what he should've said? Nothing. Absolutley nothing. Because again..he's coming off as a *****.
He has been on 13 ******* challenges now. So he should understand that there are gonna be things that happen that are gonna be out of his control. Noone told him to train so hard for this show, nobody told him to make this show his job and noone told him to play the game the way he did. He is not owed anything nor is he entitled to anything when it comes to these things. He did what he had to do to get as far as he did and then couldn't do what he's supposed to do as a competitor to get to the next step. That's his fault and his problem so why is he annoyed that he ****** up? He wanted something to benefit him more so that he could win and he didn't get that. He's ******* whining and you can try to justify it and spin it however the hell you want. IT IS WHINING!
And I'll say this if it was a person I liked too(though I probably wouldn't call them a ***** though).
You know what he should've said? Nothing. Absolutley nothing. Because again..he's coming off as a *****.
That's a dumb position to take. He, and all of the other people, are employed by the show. They sat him down and told him they were interviewing him about his elimination. He was supposed to go mute? Tell them he didn't want to talk? Say next question? There was no next question...they were there to talk about his elimination. It's like when they were asking Jessica about the Johnny/Nia fight on the Portland aftershow and she kept saying no comment. Coral called her out and said well...you're here to be answering questions and to have an opinion. It'd be one thing if he were just spewing off about it...but the company that employed him sat him down for an interview on the specific topic and he answered the questions.
anthony performed quite well. i think he and kelly anen wouldve killed the mini final
I think he'd struggle with the 70lb bag because of his size. I'm not sure how KellyAnne would do with the 40lb bag since she's kind of small but I think she'd have good endurance.
You know what he should've said? Nothing. Absolutley nothing. Because again..he's coming off as a *****.

I didn't mean that litteraly. If they're asking him about the elimination then obviously he can say how he felt since that's the whole point of the interview. My point is is that what he said is whining for the reasons I stated. He can be annoyed and think it's unfair all he wants to but oh well. That's what he gets for making reality tv his career. Cards didn't stack in his favor and thats on him and not anyone else. Cara beat him. The End.

Well the cards not stacking in his favor isn't on him though is it? Production stacks the cards and they either help you or hurt you...he has no control over that. It wasn't his choice that they changed the format and guys were eligible for elimination that day. Or that he got a puzzle. Or that Cara had some small edge. Or that there was some production subjectivity on the elimination game played period.
Cara 100% won that game fair and square, absolutely no question...but Johnny got ****** by some arbitrary changes. If your point is that everyone can potentially get ****** and it just happened to be him this time and he should just take it on the chin I can get on board with that. But just because anyone can get ****** over doesn't mean you shouldn't be able to point it out when it happens. Wes has done it, Sarah's done it, Cara's done it, they all have at some point.
