Sportsman, Potato, and I need to takeover casting.
so y'all can lead this show to cancellation ?
Casting people who bring drama, personality, humor, chaos, and strategy from popular American reality tv shows doesn't lead to cancellation. It leads to higher ratings. Traitors 2 was very similar to something I would cast and it was extremely popular, critically acclaimed, and I believe won some Emmys. There's 99 reasons to come at me for, I'm a pretty easy target, which is why people have selective outrage towards me, but my ability to put together a good cast is not one.

I meant the personality types. If it was my job to cast, I'm watching all the shows. I would spot Phaedra and Kate Chastain as stars in a second. I watch most of the shows that The Challenge should be casting from. I don't think the show should cast from 100 different shows, the previous relationships is why this show was successful. The reason BB and UK worked and were successful is cause they connected before coming on. Skye admits she doesn't watch the shows of the rookies and it's one of the many reasons we haven't had rookies survive and become regulars multiple seasons in a row. It wouldn't have taken me years to cast Nurys. She would have been on during WOTW over Shaleen.
What lol? How do those 2 correlate? So you just want international rookies until Marlon returns? I don't get the logic there, but I agree Marlon should 100% have been cast over the years. Corey over him in All-Stars 5 is truly criminal. Marlon and Kendal would have been a great time, Marlon and Jessica. I would even take Marlon and Jimmy.

I would just bring a couple vets, but I would push for All-Stars to continue and put the vets there or push for them to do shows like Traitors. The Challenge needs new youngblood if it wants to continue. I would focus on a rookie class that can takeover as the new generation.
Clearly I'll be the head of casting so I can veto a few of the wild takes you and Potato have.
And I know Chris Noble's time has come and gone but I refuse to take him off here. That goofball was a damn gem.

I'm okay with just being an advisor to casting, what I want control of is the meat and potatoes of the show: THE FORMAT.

Now we just need someone to take over editing, competition fairness and integrity, and proper treatment of the cast and we can save this show.
I would focus on love islanders and WWE stars. I'll do some money laundering if I have to in order to get them cast.
