all of these players made the biggest impact in their first few seasons, and were all in their early 20s. obviously some people being cast in their 30s and above can still be entertaining. but the GENERAL TREND is younger is more likely to be better for the show. unless someone in their 30s has already proven to be messy and you can guarantee entertainment, there is no REASON TO BRING 30+ years olds on the show when they're gonna be settling down and having kids soon anyway. idiots

The challenge isn't interested in casting young, athletic, and drama driven ppl. They want to cast boring useless flops who will do the vets bidding to not even get a callback.
