The Challenge: Best and Worst of Invasion

Best:-Kang Darrell taking out the 2 trash-Jenna getting sent Home-Queen ************************ second elimination-Jenna's and Zach Storyline

Honestly worst was all of Cory's quotes and anytime he spoke. I rewatched Rivals 3 premiere and the very first thing the ******* said Waz going on everybody it's Cory and I'm single.... I'm single I said it again, waz going on world. So hopefully some do these girls take my bait and we'll see what happens.  His basic *** hasn't changed a bit on invasionPoppin bottles we turnin up tonight.

finally someone said it

I'm just gonna list the things I liked:

AYTO-like filming format, music, the episode where the challengers moved out of the shelter. I really liked some of the new missions. Seeing the champs face each other was great.

BEST:

- The return of Darrell: If there's any challenge who personifies the new era of The Challenge with the incredibly physical challenges and eliminations, it's Darrell. But for some reason through this entire process he's been absent -- which has been good due to establishing the newer challengers, and bad because Darrell is one of the best Challenge competitors of all-time. It was refreshing to see him back, despite this incredibly handicapped format.

- Elimination Rounds: With one of the better casts all-around in a number of years, all the elimination rounds felt like they were do or die.  At some point during the season, it really didn't matter who stayed or left because they were all good players at some point.

- The Cast: A great cast, especially on the champions end. While obviously it would've been better with a few more people, The Champions truly seemed like a dream team with no effort to half *** it at all.

- The Music: Back to actual, popular music. Thank GOD.

WORST

Handicapping the Champs: I get it, The Champions have done it already so they should know how to play -- but the champions were incredibly handicapped through this entire series. They could've added two or four more champions to the squad to make it an even playing field. That will always be an asterisk to me.

The First Four Episodes: The episodes featuring drama between rookies were B-R-UTAL. Luckily the latter part of the season when the Champions came in restored my faith in the format and just made the show way more entertaining, but the rookies introduction was terrible. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE came off 10x more annoying with the issues that we've seen before and the struggle for power.

The Final: For a three day final (which to me is doing a bit too much now), it didn't appear as hard as other finals and that may be because of how segmented it was. I wouldn't mind going back to a one (perhaps even TWO) day final that isn't so stop and start. Also, what's the point of having the Champs vs. Rookies format if everyone's going to be for themselves in the final and working with the opposing team. I would've preferred the final four champs vs. the final four rookies.

The bad thing about Darrell coming back is that it really emphasized how ******* lame and try hard so many current cast members are with rehearsed confessionals, corny *** personalities, and/or blatantly fake drama

Best:

Underdog Drama

New Champ

Champ eliminations

Return of rr

Camila gettin popped

Worst:

Final

Format

CT winning was the best thing to happen all season!

So many negatives outweighing positives so I'm just gonna say everything sucked. I was honestly bored to tears and then the format just completely ruined it to the point I couldn't even enjoy all the good things. The worst = the whole season, never do it again.

BEST:

Dad Bod CT

Shane Legendrum

WORST:

Nicole

Cory

BEST:Dad Bod CTShane LegendrumWORST:NicoleCory

BEST: The cast minus Nicole and Nelson.

WORST: Everything else.

Best: Champs ragdolling the rookies in the 1st mission. Zach was ragdolling Tony, CT tackling Cory, Darrel running circles around everyone.

Worst: The format. The Vets should have faced off against the Rookies in the eliminations.

It's time I post.

The Best.

The Underdogs gettting the time to shine and do their own thing the first few episodes. Really was refreshing to see the game played without the usual ******** we have to put up with season after season.

Shane's return.

Underdogs battle Underdogs and Champions vs Champions. I know this was a mess and didn't make sense given what the format was advertised as but I'm glad they did it this way. We would've gotten a Ruins 2 otherwise.

Nelson making a a damn name for himself this challenge after not doing much on Rivals 3.

Darrell's return

Shane and Darrell having a mini Campus Crawl Reunion.

Backpack getting that *** spanked by Darrell.

Ashley M winning.

Cory making his 2nd final. King <3.

Zach getting his *** spanked by Darrell.

Latoya/Marie's return

Jenna finally losing and not making a final.

Mike hosting the reunion.

CT dragging Backpack.

A final that's not over the top and rediculous for no reason.

Nelson killing it in eliminations.

The Worst.

Camilla

Zach/Jenn***toryline.

Anthony being useless. Dylan should've gotten his spot.

CT Winning.

The Dumb Pranks.

Doing partners in the final like Free Agents.

Backpack

Zach

Theo quitting

Darrell losing the last eliminaion.

Cara Maria.

Nelson getting second.

Cory getting 3rd.

Amanda-Despite her being tolerable this season...ew.

Tony losing

Nicole ******* with laurel and Cara Maria..Yuck.

Nicole adding 5 minutes to Ashley's time.

Bruno/Marie/Latoya leaving early in the game.

Dario being on this season. I mean I do like him but a recent RW guy could've taken his spot.

Something i liked was the Miz as the host of the reunion. So much better than mosely and the recent unknowns.

Pretty solid and agree with the majority of this.  So true about Anthony / Dario...they could have gotten someone more entertaining.

while the format had a lot of drawbacks, i did like that everyone had to either win a challenge or an elimination at some point

In review, despite all of its flaws, it was a top 6  season for me.

My revised top 6 (not in order)

1. The Duel 2

2. Cutthroat

3. Exes I

4. Rivals I

5. FM II

6. Invasion

The Final was a top 10 final, but not a top 5.

The music was the best ever, easily.

Probably the best ever editing.

I would say  a top three overrall best cast, along with the Duel 2 and Cutthroat.

As far as rewatchability, it scores very high. I would give it a 9.

I'm trying really hard to be less "negative" and less critical of shitty opinions but post like this make that extremely challenging.

Best:

Seeing Marie beautiful *** again

Toya actually getting some action from what we've seen since Saint Thomas.

The return of actual pop music on the show. I know it seems so small but back in the Golden Era they actually utilized their right to actually play recent pop music. I'm glad their realizing something so little actually makes a big difference.

Lisa coming through with this cast. If Booth (bless his heart) w***till here we would've never got half the people that was actually cast.

The daily mission prizes, I know it only showed up for one mission but it was refreshing seeing them actually get rewarded for something other than a night out at the club.

Seeing Marie/Toya/Shane/Darrell and even Ashley K. (whom I thought never had a shot returning) again.

Them actually doing specials and having Miz come on for the reunion was neat.

Worst:

Camila existence on this show and her get in people's faces and thing she's not gonna get chin checked for it.

Lame *** Jenna and Zach storyline that didn't deserve air time.

Messy *** format.

Random twist to cater to certain people.

The horrid lesbian drama between Laurel/Cara and Nicholas.

Nicholas confessionals

Ashley confessionals

Best

Miz asking Cory what is he actually good at and he can't even come up with an answer.

What a shit list.

The Korean:  >>>   smug, condescending *********. His opinion,   a tiny weak **** that no one acknowledged.

Someone coughed to pretend they didn't hear the Korean's small ****.

To each their own, but FMII listed most of the seasons I didn't like lol (Exes 1, The Duel 2). I think FMII (the actual season) isn't as bad just because Landon won it all and made it a happy ending.

Best: Amanda

Worst: Camila
