My guess is Olivia lied about having cancer but still not a valid reason to talk shit about your sister...If they actually are sisters.
Liv stated that they are half sisters, according to her she never lied. She had a cancer scare and was misdiagnosed by a doctor. After the show she went to get a second opinion, yeah she had something but it wasnt cancer.
Regardless of the situation, I would never say that to anyone especially not my own blood.
