That's awesome to hear! Glad to hear he's answering questions and makign big improvements.
This awesome news to come home too. So glad.
I am so happy!!! Glad to see him doing well. Maybe he will stay off those **** bikes now!!
I wonder who now will have the courage to look TJ in the eyes and tell him they are quitting a Challenge.
I am so happy!!! Glad to see him doing well. Maybe he will stay off those **** bikes now!!
I doubt he will, not many people actually do. I know a guy who broke his neck riding dirtbikes and the day they told him he was in well enough condition to start riding regular bikes he was already back on his dirtbike, not because he's an idiot, mainly because it was what he was passionate about but he sure is much more careful now. I remember hearing TJ talk about the last time he got hurt and he couldn't wait to start riding again. Obviously it wasn't this serious but I bet he'll be right back up on his bike as soon as he can.
I wonder who now will have the courage to look TJ in the eyes and tell him they are quitting a Challenge.
Seriously? There is hardly any nexus between Mr. Lavin's profession and a TV show for which he is only a paid host. He would be the first to tell you that he does not participate in vetting the Challenge events for their safety, or lack thereof, nor is there any nexus between his accident and the appropriateness of some events which in the past which some cast member have seen as based on an apparent desire of the producers to exploit certain participants. Wishing TJ well and a speedy recovery is one (very good) thing, but to suggest the accident elevates him to some God-like status with regard to the choices made by "at-will" contract employees on a cable TV show is absurd in the extreme.
Will TJ be back to Challenge?
TJ has always come across to me to almost be annoyed with being on the Challenges at all--almost like "I need the money so I am here. Let's hurry up and be done with this already". He just never seems to care that much.

I say they should do another Battle of the Sexes and try to bring Jonny Moseley back... ;) just saying
I think if MTV had wanted Jon Moseley back he would've been brought back in the past 10 Challenges..

Great to hear he is up walking around. I have to say that I like TJ as a host. I think that he is a lot better than the one prior to him - Matt somethingÉ Sorry, my keyboard is locked on Spanish settings no matter what I do :search:
Dave Mirra or Johnny Moseley? Don't think there ever was a Matt host.
Dave Mirra or Johnny Moseley? Don't think there ever was a Matt host.
Whoops...Dave Mirra.
Whoops...Dave Mirra.
Haha I agree, I did not like Mirra as a host at all. Awesome that TJ's walking around, he's making great progress and I hope he continues, but I'm sure he will.
Great to hear TJ is up and walking and making progress. :D
That is great to know TJ is up and walking. I am very happy to hear he is making progress.
I'm sure we will see him back in no time, just in time for the new challenge! He should have made a full recovery by then.
TJ had surgery on his broken arm/wrist Wednesday. Looks like all went well.
That's great to hear Molds. Looks Like TJ is going to be alright.
Very good to hear new news every few days, looks like TJ's gonna be back to his old self in no time. I'm not really sure how TJ is feeling towards continuing hosting, but I wonder if he'd be noticeably different if he does come back for the next one. I definitely want him back and don't think he'd change much, but I can only wonder how the cast will react to seeing him for the first time, having so many questions to ask him, etc.

I agree. TJ will back to normal soon. And I also hated Dave Mirra. Johnny Moseley was just ok.
That's great to listen good news about TJ :)
