Yeah, on cbs.com it looks like they have all or most of the tribal councils mixed in with episode clips starting with season 12...I thought they started with season 16, so I guess I was wrong!
I loved that scene with Sandy and the stolen buff. I know I am in the minority here but I like Sandy...she reminds me of a cross of Jan from Thailand and Kathy from Fans vs Favs
