What is it with reality show winners? [INDENT] [I]'Survivor' Winner Jailed - Under the Influence 1/19/2011 7:30 PM PST by TMZ Staff Judson Birza, the winner of "Survivor," season 21 in Nicaragua, was arrested Wednesday afternoon on suspicion of being under the influence of a controlled substance ... TMZ has learned. [url=http://vevmo.com/vbimghost.php?do=displayimg&imgid=8834][img]http://vevmo.com/imagehosting/1174d380da18d5bc.jpg[/img][/url] Law enforcement sources tell us cops noticed Birza at around noon riding a skateboard in the street -- which is illegal. They stopped Birza, noticed he was acting strangely, and determined he was under the influence. Santa Monica police arrested Birza and took him to the station, where he was booked (see mugshot above) and jailed. Birza was also booked for an unrelated [B]DUI warrant as well as a probation violation. [/B] He's currently being held on $37,000 bail.[/INDENT][/I]

I doubt he was under the influence, he was just probably just being himself. I doubt those cops watched his season. :D

Gees there are worse things someone could be doing on drugs than skateboarding around. This sounds a bit BS really. I can't believe you can get a DUI for skateboarding. Uh, I guess you should arrest 90% of the skaters out there since they're pretty much all smoking weed!

This was just for being under the influence of a controlled substance...kind of like being drunk in public.

If so, I didn't even know they could cast police officers. As for Fabio, this is crazy. Like I'm starting to see a pattern.
