Survivor Sucks. They've tainted my typing acronyms.
Oh...alright. Interesting.
I have to say that I had previously read spoilers for this episode and knew that Stephanie was getting the boot. Before the episode aired, I was excited but after watching, it should have been James leaving. He was completely out of line and karma will for sure get him in the end. I hope Cirie and Candice don't regret their decision : ).
I think that given Cirie's strategy and desire to take out strong players, if Tom/Colby/Steph wanted to target the JT/Rupert/James/Amanda alliance, they should have proposed taking out JT rather than Amanda. Cirie would have gone for it, for sure. JT, James and Amanda were all at an event in Florida 6 days before they flew to Samoa so I am sure that has something to do with JT choosing their side. They had an entire weekend to hang out and form an alliance before the game.
I totally respect Colby for standing up for steph.
I loved Steph's quote about threatening Rupert's popularity (so true too lol!). James is an ***, glad we finally get to see him like this. How Steph gets blamed for the Ic challenge loss is beyond me. Jt was giving terrible directions, he was a terrible leader kudos for Steph for trying to Step up because JT was doing so terrible. SOMEONE SEND JAMES BACK TO SCHOOL. 1. He spelt "Steph", "Stef" what. a. moron. 2. He described Steph's journey in Palau as "Romantic" did Steph like fall in love with a camera man we don't know about out there? 3. He is ignorant and speaks poorly. He literally sounds like. a. moron. Man money gets to people's head clearly.
And this should be be ashamed that both Sugar and Steph (people who deserved their spots this season) get voted off over Amanda of all people!
I was really happy that Colby and Tom stood up to James. They're the only guys out there with any character, at all. I'm also really proud of Steph for standing up to James.
Now I did have a few drinks tonight so I may be wrong, but did I see Russ spear a wild chicken?
Yea, which I don't get. Somehow I don't get the feeling that chickens are indigenous to the Samoan islands, and were instead planted by CBS for both tribes.
James pissed me off during this episode. I honestly have never really cared much for him, but tonight he proved to me why. I can't wait to see Courtney call him out on how he should be on her tribe next week. Overall though, I'm bummed Stephenie got voted out. She's been a favorite of mine since Palau, and I really don't think she deserved to get booted. Props to Colby and Tom for sticking up to James.
AHH IM DYING INSIDEEEE. When Steph was voted out I almost hyperventilated! HOW CAN THIS BEEEEEEE What am I going to do now!? This is terrible, awful newsssssss. Noooooooooooo First of all - Cirie is so dangerous! If she makes the merge...she's in the finals. No doubt about it. Second of all - You have to break up these MICRONESIA people! They're all 3-peats, and they're all in danger of hookin' up together! Third - Cirie, Amanda cut your throat last time! Why would you vote to keep her IN!? Over STEPH!?!? I don't get it. My Survivor world is all torn up inside! I hope James and Cirie FRY for this one. I honestly don't even care about rooting for the Heroes anymore. **** them all. Besides Colby and Tom, I couldn't care less.
Ok, so from Cirie's PoV...I can see why getting Steph out was important - Steph is awesome, and she's a huge threat...physically and socially. I think Cirie thinks that she may be able to switch back whenever she feels like it. I'm sure Cirie could convince Tom/Colby to vote Amanda out anytime she wants to. If anyone on the Heroes tribe was smart, however, they'd vote Cirie out at the next Heroes Tribal.

That brings the alliances down to 3-3 with two swing votes, leaving options open. Now the alliances are 4-2 with two swing votes. Cirie and Candice don't have too many options unless they want to go for a purple rock. Overall, Cirie probably made the right choice. She has Candice following her, has her Micronesia ties to James and Amanda, and could very well be tight with Rupert. It was a similar decision she was faced with in Micronesia -- one alliance she could control, and the other had their own minds. Tom, Stephenie and Colby were probably too strong willed for her, and harder for her to manipulate.
I don't watch a ton of the Survivor series, but I did see James on his year...what the heck happened to him? I remember him being humble and sweet. I don't see his logic that Steph was a cancer on her team. She was a survivor on her team [kinda like the show name, James?!]
I thought this episode was really good and after this episode I decided I'm for the Villains group...I think James didn't have to go that far with things and get angry. Next week's episode looks intense.
I don't see his logic that Steph was a cancer on her team. She was a survivor on her team [kinda like the show name, James?!]
Really? I certainly can. In Palau her tribe lost 11/14 challenges. In Guatemala they lost 8/11. And now they have lost 2/2 here. That's an overall record of 21/27 losses. That's...not good. At all.
Yeah and Steph is always quick to blame everyone else in challenges. It's kinda funny she was getting blamed this time. However, I think James was being an *** too. I don't really like either of them.

And I think it was pretty obvious she was on a crappy team and has almost nothing to due with the losses (In Palau 3 people on her team basically quit!). And if i remember correct there were some challenges her team was ahead and shocking they lost on a puzzle or they simply lost on puzzles. And on Guatemala, post Swap her tribe won more of the challenges. Stephenie has been one of the reasons the Heroes have gotten so big leads its the Puzzle People (Cirie/Amanda then JT) who suck, not Steph. Clearly James, Amanda, Cirie, JT, have shown already they are as dumb as rocks when it comes to puzzles. Why they are keeping them boggles my mind. JT was a terrible leader and had no idea how to do the puzzle. Stephenie tied to fix his mistakes and got blamed for ******* the whole puzzle up (Does JT not know how to spell Heroes?). Not to mention everyone on the Heroes tribe (aside from Colby and Steph) pretty much looked like they quit. The cancer on the Heroes tribe was never Steph its the Mirco 3 +JT!

I'm not saying she is, she's clearly one of the strongest females to ever play this game, but I can definitely see how other people see her as a cancer. Her teams don't win. Period. (In Guatemala by the way, they won 3/6 after the swap which was her best record...but still not more than the other tribe.) It definitely didn't help that JT didn't do jack when it came to the "one voice" crap. Tyson and Coach did the challenge before, and I didn't see them saying much of anything. In the end, I guess you've gotta blame the loss on someone, and everyone is quick to point fingers and Steph got the brunt of it because she was the only one that actually spoke up (and because I'd be scared to blame James for anything). If she had kept her mouth shut, the loss would've been blamed on someone else. But that's not her personality...and unfortunately it ended up costing her. Either way, I'm excited for next week's sumo challenge. Rob looks like he beats the shiz out of Colby!!
If the Heroes keep losing I'm not going to be happy. I'm sick of one tribe dominating the entire season. It's happened for the last few years (I think since Cook Islands?) and it gets really old. I hope the clip of James saying, "I hate losing!" is at the beginning of the episode next week, which I'm guessing it is since it's night during the scene.

This is still terrible news. I never thought she'd be out this early! I'm bummed!
I hope the clip of James saying, "I hate losing!" is at the beginning of the episode next week, which I'm guessing it is since it's night during the scene.
Me too. Either that or CBS gave away who wins the next challenge
I hated how JT was saying you should all have listened to me and me only because I've done this challenge before! This may just be me, but I don't see how previous experience would be of any extra help with a challenge as simple as this.
The heroes surprised me with the fact that it seemed Rupert on the sidelines was the most vocal person.
The heroes surprised me with the fact that it seemed Rupert on the sidelines was the most vocal person.
I'm still wondering what the hell he was doing sitting out.
In Steph's day after video on CBS.com, she was saying how sometimes people aren't like what they appear in the edit (obviously) and that she was very disappointed in both Rupert and James. But I guess it makes sense - they're 2 Heroes who are tired of losing.
I'm still wondering what the hell he was doing sitting out.
They probably had to sit out a man so the initial pairs could be male/female. Same with the villains...even though Randy's not a challenge dominator, he'd have offered more brute strength than Sandra.

And onto James saying Steph is a hex, um hello Steph has won an individual immunity challenge, big old James can't even say that! What an ***!
Wow I just watched Survivor and James might be one of the unclassiest Survivors ever. He really was repugnant in this episode. He is blaming Stephanie for the loss, because he has to blame someone, but calling her a hex and dragging her name in the mud? Who does that? C'mon, That was not cool. Then bringing up her past season at tribal counsel when she wanted to move on from the conversation? Gross. Molds, you know I love you and usually agree with you, but TO ME Steph is anything but a hex. She is a Survivor! The lone ranger on her team in her season... Heroes, are you freaking kidding me? The girl deserves a medal. She can smoke any girl on this challenge, endurance and physical wise. I really like Steph, and disagree with the decision. I never really liked James or Rupert and Rupert isn't even that strong of a competitor, plus he has a broken toe! Hello, why not vote him out? JT won the game before and he is dumb as rocks (maybe dumber) why not vote him out? (Although I do like him better the Rupert) I think Cirie and Candice made a bad choice. Candice was stupid. She could have paired up with Colby, both didn't have a set alliance. Candice, Colby, Steph and Tom. That would have been smart. I am happy that Colby and Tom stood up for STEF. Who does James think he is talking to people like that, let alone a girl. No wonder that As$hole is still single and working in the cemetery (because he's vicious, attacks people and blames other.) I have no idea why people like Rupert so much. Ever since he stole loot from the other boat and had a hissy fit at Johnny Fairplay on his season, I never liked him. The moment he stole from the other boat, really got me. And then that hissy fit for someone writing his name down. I never cared for him. I honestly don't know why people are fixated on Rupert? I am pissed. I take these shows seriously. Rupert and James you suck. You're both not heroes (I don't know when stealing from another tribe and cursing out a girl became Heroe worthy!) JT you're dumb! Please get your GED. Amanda, You are hot and I do respect you, but if you are a real Heroe you would see who is playing with integrity. I also don't care for Cirie that much, but she didn't bother me this episode. So she is safe... Wooo sorry guys and gals I really needed to get that off my chest!
